FreeRunning without fucking up the flow is fucking awesome! But mostly Freerun vids are with gay FlickFlacks and cartwheels, or they turn to run at a wall and do a wallflip and then they continue running! I hate It when they are just tricking around without running faaast! Keep your gymnastic at gymnastics unless you don't fuck up the flow like at 0:30 He does a sideflip but he's still amazingly fast. I hope people get It...

@bboyfreefighter Hey not to be offending too you but freerunning is about showing off with tricks and acrobatics parkour is about flow. Freerunning is freedom of movement hence tricks parkour is just running to get somewhere as fast as you can. im not trying to bash on you sorry if it sounds like it.

Buy a proper mat, practice flexibility, start off extremely slow, and you can then do all this stuff yourself. I did it, and although I may be rough around the edges, I practiced like this for about a year and I can do most technical flips etc.
