Funny how Paul still plays the bass on the Beatles songs, but he didn't actually played bass on this song for the record. He and George switched instruments, so it's George on bass and Paul on guitar that you hear on Rubber Soul (H)
Paul has always played the bass (and other instruments) on every Beatle song, and on the studio version of this song,he played both bass and lead guitar. And it's "didn't actually PLAY" NOT "didn't actually playED".You can't even write.
OK. Sorry about my " not putting space after each dot and comma". At least I know my tenses. Anyway, Paul played BOTH bass and solo guitar on THIS song. He didn't switch guitars with George. George played rhtyhm guitars. John used a cowbell and no guitars. Look it up. You're obviously not a Beatle fan. You just don't have anything else to do.
i worked there that night i was sellin lager to the standee's luggin that massive bag with 30 bottles of carlsberg. great show but my phone died in the rain lol

The older he gets, the more Beatles songs he plays.
It's getting better all the time!
LittleDragon2000 1 year ago
He has to play Beatles songs, not Wings as many ppl like u go to his shows to listen it.
But his own songs r very splendid and some of them i like more than Beatles.
Besides, Macca plays mostly songs which had been written in Beatles only by him. So,it isnt Beatles songs-it*s his own.

Woo, chill down man :P I meant they only switched instruments on this song. Not on every track of the album. It's true.
And I can't even write? You're supposed to put a space after each dot and comma. How about that
