I love Tracy's workouts to supplement my own. And I like her philosophy of not bulking up arms (don't care for biceps on women). But I don't always agree that women should have teeny, tiny perfectly 'small' bottoms. If you are naturally built that way, fine. I'm fit but very curvy through my lower half. I have a Jennifer Lopez butt and thighs and a small waist, and I LOVE my shape. I would never, ever want to make my butt compact and small--and my husband would probably cry if I did. :-)
@av2303 I've heard her in numerous videos and interviews say that she promotes being the 'teeniest, tiniest you'. No, she may have not said verbatim what I typed, but she says in this particular video and others that she gets away from having a 'runner's' butt, or what she considers a bulky butt. I was a sprinter for many years throughout school and had that 'runner's' butt she refers to. Guys LOVED it. It was not rock-hard or solid, just lifted and very round and full and still soft.
@av2303 And yes, I'm aware that J.Lo uses her method. J.Lo looks good, but she has lots TONS of weight, and I preferred her when she was still J.Lo and Jenny from the Block. She represented a beautiful Latina women very well. I guess my opinions are different because my family is multi-cultural and I do not buy into the standard of American beauty. Most of Tracy's clients are very thin with no hips or bottom--Gwyneth, Kelly, etc. But overall, I enjoy her workouts. :-)
@av2303 The workout I was just doing (beach workout) she says we're going to achieve the teeny tiny bottom rather than the watermelon shape it wants to be...

I don't think Tracy ever said we should have tiny butts. They should be firm and high. You do know that she trains J.Lo, right?
