it's probably epiglottis (on H. Influenza)

stridor(inspiration), difficulty of breathing, voice is normal, head on the back for a better breathing

I think its a foreign body aspiration causing stridor..croup has barking cough.this is not croup.

I believe it's caused by partial upper airway obstruction, seems like he only does it during inspiration also.
