Very nice, Pete!  I've been waffling between using pneumatics vs servos, but after seeing many clever implementations like your's, I'm really leaning toward servos as a more elegant, simple solution.

That looks great, although I think the linkage coming from the servo horn should be closer in to where it rotates so the eye moves less (meaning that only the eye and not the mechanism is shown when the skin is on).
