That's right, Helin was the guy's name. I remember the girls mentioning him in an animated interview they once did for SMTV Live. They also said he was the ruler of their home planet, and judging by what little we've heard and seen of him, I'd say it's safe to assume he was meant to be the main villain, and that there was supposed to be some connection between him and D:Lin.

@JJFox1994 The main villian of the series had a name like hers, and it was suppose to make her feel uneasy having the same name as the guy. Had the series gone on, its likely the link would have been explained. I can't remember who he was, it was something like "He-Lin"

I love The V Birds so much I like them all but Wow is my favourite. I love all their disco outfits what they have on when they dance. I hope this comes back on the TV soon. I love The Birds in this order Wow, Boom D Lin and Bling. Wow is the prettyist V Bird. She has an amazing singing voice, she is an amazing dancer she is so sexy and she has a great body with a great figure. All of The V Birds have great figures but Wow's figure is the best. I remember this so much I loved The V Birds when I was younger I still do. I wish it was still on the TV. I have this on my Powerpuff Girls The Movie vhs. My favourite V Bird is Wow she is so pretty. I used to watch the show a lot when it first came out, so I know quite a bit about it from magazine articles & one or two interviews shown in the UK. The voice at 0:16 belongs to a guy called Helin, who rules the planet where the girls came from. He is also somehow related to D:Lin (the green girl), which is why she was crying when he banished them to Earth.
