This car is very very SLOW unless you have 20K more to actually make it fast. It has BAD brakes, BAD handling, and is a pain. BUT like I said, if you are willing to do what it takes, they are amazing cars.

It isnt slow? Is it as fast as a corvette? It isnt. And it has such bad brakes that Dodge REDESIGNED the rotors in 2008. It is a DECENT car for the money. But it is far from a good one. Mind you, I love my car, it is a custom built 6.7 liter now, 550 hp, 570 lbs of tq. Like I said, it isnt fast stock, but the charger is an AMAZING car to mod. I bought mine for 32K and spend another 18K on mods to make her into a REAL fast and REAL handling car. Checkout my vids.

I cant fit into a vette. I tried. I'm 6 foot 1 and weigh 300 pounds (I know, way too... fluffy) so a vette is out of the question. My car made 274 whp stock. She now makes 452. She did the 0-60 in 6.1 seconds stock, she now does it in 4.1. So I'd say I got my money's worth. As for WHY I did this... Because no one else had. No one around here anyways. And Im not done yet. A new trans. and supercharger are in the works. My goal is 650 WHP. how many 4000 pound 4 door cars do 0-60 in 3.5 seconds?

there are vettes that have a slower 0-60 time than the 5.7 sec or less that the charger averages !,so it all depends on what type and year of vette you are talking about !

I've driven a Go Mango Charger Daytona 2006 over 155 mpa on the autobaan in Germany an that on 22 inch. tires. Not bad and really fast :) At that time it were minimal traffic which is pretty rare on the free speed limit passages (three lane parts).
