The part about not being able to express suppressed emotions is exactly what's going on to me, I moved from the beautiful canyons of grand junction to Denver. Your so condensed and there's so much pollution in the air in the water and in people. I need to leave this diseased city, I've seen 4 people die this year that I could have saved but they won't take my advice because I'm not a certified doctor. My friends are drained and have become leaches, even the water has no energy.

I appreciate Babadez's definition of the origin of the 'word' Tantra - "tan - meaning breath or the soul, and 'tra' meaning - moving towards one's Essence, Truth or the Divine (5:10) ~

My shortest definition of Tantra is "YES" - It may surprise some people that there are some that follow the path of Tantra Yoga, and they are 'celibate'. I am not one of them . . . But, so many focus on Tantra as being only about 'sex'. That seems to be the 'trendy' westernized concept of Tantra .... Maybe we should just drop the label 'tantra' :) just knowing that we are here to be LOve . . .

A shamanic journey can best be described as "a waking dream" where you meet beings of power and love, and go places in the other realms, and you bring back ideas, power, healing, or other things that benefit everybody.
