Some of these really fit! Although I don't think either luffies would work, first one doesn't have the right proportions and the second guy looks too cool to be Luffy. Also Nami, Sanji and Usopp would need younger actors too :)

To be fair, I don't Luffy could ever be fast well, seeing as his features are allot more cartoony than the others. It's nice to see one of these videos where the facial structure is given precedent over hairstyle/color, news flash people, hair can be changed!
