I usually don't reply, instead resp. other views, but you're missing an important clue that confirms the entire premise that Both parents have, from the beg., been trying to set up KC, and protect GA., by directing attn to Casey instead. "I stopped looking for zanny 6 weeks ago." Can you interpet this odd reply?  I'd rather see you solve it.

@albatross234 Cindy's reply may not have been referencing an actual "zenaida fernandez-gonzalez" but rather an end to her investigative work re. where caylee actually resided on nights that "Zanny" babysat. Pre-7/08 cindy was too preoccupied with GA trickery to concern herself with who/what "Zanny" actually was (a real person or just "code word" for boyfriend's home, benadryl, chloroform, etc.) Shortly after 7/08 cindy realized no actual "zanny" but still needed to fill in the blanks.

@albatross234 I don't think it was an odd reply by Cindy, they continued to spend money investigating all possible avenues, as despite all the lies told by Casey, they did not want to believe their daughter actually killed their grand daughter. Am sure that if they were involved in Caylee's death they would not have their home in foreclosure, they would have given up on spending money investigating long ago.

i remembered reading once, that there was a technique whereby a DNA test for the child only, could prove if the child was a product of incest. It has to do with fewer markers that you'd normally get. Anyway, i just researched it and there is a kit now. If G is Caylee's father we can find out now, w/out his "help". Alby, i sent you a link. :)

I love your channel, Alba, you have great insights. I would love to see that whole family shot up with sodium pentathol and hooked up to lie detectors. Of course there IS the possibility that one or more of them would flat-line on the lie detector (or possibly melt it.) Did you see George making the 'shhh' with his finger on his mouth during part of Cindy's testimony?

Albie: thanks for your promt reply. You are right, Baez is doing enough to put doubt into one juror, me included, because before his opening statement I was 100% sure that Casey was guilty. Now I have doubts. Why did George LIE about chasing Casey in Cindy's car mid-June 2008? It doesn't make sense. Why would a grandfather lie about this sort of thing in the midst of a missing grandchild search? Am concerned that prosec is not strident enough. I will miss your posts when trial is ended.

When I first saw George on American TV talking about his missing GD, his body language was way off, because here was a GF who was acting as if his GD was mssing, but he knew she was dead. I agree with A as this explains it all. It can account for all the odd behavior, lies, cover ups. Family acting so odd. I think thats why Lee got out of that house as fast as he could. But why did the A;'s argue with the protesters out front of the house? This brought even more attention to them.

Your theory, Albie, is intriguing. But it falls apart! Here's the thing: if Caylee was murdered by George, where did Casey think Caylee was for those 31 days? And why was she lying about Caylee to everyone, including Cindy? Where did Casey believe Caylee was? Why has Baez not accused George of the murder? Baez by his own admission in his opening statement clearly places Casey and George at the pool. And if George was Caylee's father, wouldn't we know it by now?

Fair Linda, your msg caught me because I was asking myself the same thing [re: Baez] This is what I come up with:

Strategy, and timing. He wanted to give the P. the least amt of targets, and goal was to introduce w/o much detail, 3 ideas to give pause in the jury--incest, accidental death, and GA's anger. Looking at just the POV of Beyond reasonable doubt, he's got his at least 1 juror who will be no longer posit. convinced of KC's guilt. So JB could stop here, has got rid of DP.

I can only assume LE wants everything to come out in this trial for little Caylee and perhaps afterwards HE WILL be prosecuted. Incest unfortunately happens, goes on in every country in the world and I don't understand why some people can't accept the fact ~ then becoming upset w/anyone/everyone who questions paternity. WHAT makes you so certain that GA is NOT the biological father?

@KatesMiMi I never said i was sure of anything i just remember hearing both lee and george were both tested and i was under the impression they were both found not to be caylees father. I never knew until now that georges results were never disclosed and sealed in an envelope by the judge. My honest opinion at this time is that he is not. I dont believe anything that girl says and the first time she mentioned abuse was after caylee was dead. Time will tell i guess

@myblackheart76 Nonsense. You're making a statement based on gossip/conjecture. George's paternity test as well as his five-page suicide letter have been sealed by the court per request from prosecution. This is all a matter of public record that can be checked/researched by anyone. A lie becomes the truth if told often enough. I'm not sure what happened to Caylee but neither is anyone else at this point
