    Should you already be installing loop for GT UNITS, then yes , a separate HX with 45% glycol, and separate LOOP can do alot for having the equipment and staff on site,

    and a small GT UNIT T-d off as secondary systemically

    For large custom fresh-air heating and cooling of incoming air or process cooling which can only benefit from say ~ 77 degree precooling temps

    or

    ~45 degree pre-heating temps

    (just this ECL to a heat exchanger alone for commercial only becomes effective at ~ 20 tons of ECL +HX +Circulator @ 6 BtuH per $1.oo invested

    (240,000 BtuH @ $40,000 installed NE Ohio~ est.
