For large custom fresh-air heating and cooling of incoming air or process cooling which can only benefit from say ~ 77 degree precooling temps
or
~45 degree pre-heating temps
(just this ECL to a heat exchanger alone for commercial only becomes effective at ~ 20 tons of ECL +HX +Circulator @ 6 BtuH per $1.oo invested
