I live in Palm Bay, but would be OUT of there if I didn't have a very good job. The place has gone " third-world", ever since the early 2000's. No real employement opportunites, unless you want to wait tables or sack groceries. Poor public transportation, lots of empty homes that won't sell and yet are still priced higher than the market will bear. I wouldn't advise anyone to relocate to Palm Bay, unless they don't need to work .
