  • LOL Oh no not again! Not more conservative propaganda conjecture and opinion dressed up and passed off as news.

I know I am spinning my wheels here "you can't teach evolution to a creationist"

Big business uses the wing nut base of the the republican party to try to stay in power.

  • LOL Oh no, not again! A Fox-hater who thinks "big business" doesn't use the Democratic party to try to stay in power (and vice versa).

  • At least the Communist Broadcasting Corporation here in Canada occasionally offer criticism to all political parties . If you can't see right wing bias at fox then you must be a republican LOL

  • I never said Fox didn't have a right-wing bias. I'm saying that folks prone to Fox-hating have their own set of blinders on.

  • I say "you can't teach a creationist evolution"

There are, no doubt ,many Obama fans that put the blinders on to all mistakes the man makes . The tea baggers can't see anything the man does as positive . Fox "news" only helps to build this hate.

  • And using terms like "tea baggers" doesn't build hate? I suppose the media didn't fan the flames of the Bush Derangement Syndrome of the last eight years? Please.

I'm not talking Obama fans, per se, I'm talking about people who believe such things as big business being tied to the Republican party and the Democratic party has no such ties. Both parties are in with large companies, and vice versa, for their benefit. A politician's greed for power and to remain in office is still greed.

  • 1:52 "Hyde Amendment prohibits fed funding for abortions." However, this is not true for HR 3962 (Obamacare bill in the House). The Hyde Amendment applies only to funds appropriated through the annual Health and Human Services (HHS) appropriations bill. It does not apply to any of the funds used to establish/operate the abortion component of the "public option" in HR 3962. The same is true for any abortion premium subsidy program created by this Obamacare bill.

  • 1:07 "The rule" to which Mr. Ellsworth is referring is a procedural resolution. "The rule" (in this context) would deny House members the chance to vote on the federal abortion funding (in Obamacare, HR 3962) when it comes to the full House floor. However, a "no" vote on "the rule" would allow House members to vote on whether or not this bill would require federal public funding of abortion-on-demand.
