@tonystarkkk32 Well, that's a debate that would somewhat depend on goals, but if you had to pick a single push exercise, my vote would be weighted pushups. But once you are strong enough, it's hard to load pushups very heavily. So then I think either flat bench press or military press comes next. And incline comes next. Incline is really an accessory lift, not a primary lift.
Great video.. I was actually reading an article today by Dave Tate from elitefts.com about the dead bench.. Powerlifters have been using techniques like this one for years to give em big numbers on the bench... Def gonna try it my next chest day
