Love it!! I had a rattly old McCoy 35 redhead at school in the 1960's- good to hear one again- Flew stunt C/L until 1981 when I quit, but have just got an old 'Nobler' down from the attic with a view to repairing it....life may never be the same again...
Great! It looks like much more fun when it leans out near the end of the tank. Flew a Jr. Ringmaster on a McCoy .19 in the early '80's. Hmm, I have two Red Head .35's needing something to do..
Actually I just bought two sets of .018 lines, some 1/2A lines and an assortment of bits and pieces as I intend to get back at C/L this season after a bit of a hiatus. Great fun.
But, if I may.. another model video with the nice engine sounds obliterated by raucous music. Why...?
Great video Ted! Brings back many memories. My video is all silent film shot by my late father in 1958 approximately using 16 MM film. Looks like your son is really leaning into it. Thanks for your viewing my video too. Best Regards, Steve Jensen
ive actually got one of those that my uncle built when he was 15, its the same plane company and same exact engine, i dont know if it still runs though, it also came with a brand new stallion .35, pretty much the same thing

We fly RC too. We like flying the antiques. I get a kick out of watching that 50 year old airplane still fly.
