Of course he was. And i don't think he's terrible by the way : sloppy for sure, messy as hell, because he didn't care, jumping around and stuff, but he hit more good notes than not. Sure, his playing his heresy for many people ("ah, he sticks to the root note..."), but who cares?
well i've never heard him play in a live situation before so i was glad to see this,and everyone always talks about how you can't ever hear him, but there it is; it's funny cause sid's the whole reason why i even considered playing bass, thnx sidney :)

Maybe, who knows... Everyone knows that Sid was a junkie, but i'm not sure whether Sid was into heroin yet. Perhaps it was just fashion at that time.
