I consider the issue of Iranian secular democracy as apposed to the current Islamic fascist theocracy a matter of the gravest importance to the entire middle east and the world.

If the key stone states can fall into place, and the concept of suicidal religious authoritarianism can be repudiated, then there is a very real prospect for an age of peace and prosperity not known in the region since the middle ages.

As as I know France offered Iran to build a nuclear energyplant for them if they accepted to ratify the non prolifereation agreement, but then declined!

It is cheaper to buy a "ready made" nuclear plant than to make everything from the ground up yourself. They should have taken the deal and spendt the rest of the money on needed infrasturcture. You know a nuclear bomb is not free!
