meds really do help. That and God. Its really a work in progress. and learning to accept that we are quiet people. We wont make since talking but at least we are talking. we have to remain positive
when i took bus or metro and people who sit next and infront of me i was so deep down couldnt thinking of something else, the only thing in my mind was what they think about me and all they answer was coming to my mind was ALL negative. i couldnt talk with people at all only when the asked me about somthing i was only good to give them small info.. the documentry helped me alot i can teach myself and get out of it.
psychiatry is an experiment on your brain. NO ONE really knows all effects of these meds, and they are produced by pharmacy companies' whose interests are MONEY and not your well being. If these meds could entirely solve phobia\depression, pharmacy companies would have zero sales. Therefor, their products are designed to fail at some point, like any other product, so you will need to buy more and take more. not saying they are totally unhelpful but consider this......
@Fuzorz Medication for SA is generally supposed to be a "crutch" until you can get help from a counselor/therapist. I was put on an anti depressant and it helped calm me until I got professional help. But everyone is different :)
I don't trust the pharma companies who pump these drugs out for profit, many anti-depressants contain a type of sodium fluoride, it really creates havoc in your brain.
fuck just to see a psycologist i have had to make so much stuff, tell it ALL to my mon, then go to a social worker to put me in a wait list to see one, i still need a referal from my family doctor, fuck i just want it NOW T_T, give me some medication damn it
I suffered from S.A.D for so many years and all through out my high school years, but I kept on believing that you only get one chance to live and is your responsibilities to live the best way you could and not depend on others. Life will turn out much better if you think it this way, Keep it up and live!

The narrator made a point, the hardest thing is asking for help. I can't bring myself to do that, I'm in a very shitty situation right now.
