@TheElectricMobility Yes I know about this. But what if you do not have a company car? The lease market is less then 30% of the total car park in Holland. And that €15.000 incentive goes to the lease company. You have to see if the lease company will use the incentive to make the monthly rates more attractive. But this is not stimulated because the end user does not pay for the car. This is different if the incentive goes directly to the end user. As most incentives in the video.

The "bijtellings regeling" is nice to have but does nothing when you want to BUY an EV only lease one. So the €15.000 will not like most other incentives go off the sticker price of your EV. So 70% of all potential car buyers are ignored.
@TheElectricMobility And it does not force lease companies to use the €15k to lower monthly rates if EV prove to be cost effective already against gas cars because of low running cost. Most cars are leased full operational including gas. I think this will change with electric. And people will lease "without electricity included". This is a huge chunk of the lease prize. So EV's can be cost effective in full operation lease without €15k going to the lease companies. This must go to consumers.
only Downside is that you have to stop to RE FUEL for about 3 -10 minutes
and to RE CHARGE about 3- 5 HOURS ...cost effective but time consuming

Its a little more complex than this.
The incentive applies to company cars but the benefit is for the end user.
In Holand, when you have a company car you pay a tax, its called Bijtelling. If it is electric, you are exempted.
