You're pretty good at drawing. But you should use a wooden pencil instead of a lead pencil, it brings better results.

Well. I'd prefer using lead pencil. It's much sharper and also brings better results a pencil can't do. I'd say, people prefer using what they like best. :)

Technically if you go by the original material a greyish colour, although it does seem to be a purplish grey, is actually probably more accurate, as it was a novelization in priori. Just like asahina has brown hair, rather than red that everyone seems to think.

I liked the sketch but.. You shouldn't have colored it with what you colored with. You should have drawn in colored pencils, outlining the basic colors of the item, and filled in a lighter version, then shadowed it with that same color, just darker in some areas... But your style is your style.. I guess mine is just a little bit different...

I was a bit "green" back then....but i've improved alot now, my colouring is way better. I still use pens (i'm just 'hardcore'), i bought a blender pen recently it helps with the shades...ermmm check out my later sketches!

Good try with the markers, but you need more shades to add in the shadows or it's just going to look very very flat... actually i suggest if you only have one tone of flesh, use it as a shadow, not a base color, it'll do wonders.

It seems your hand is very unsteady with the pen so your lines look wriggly(?);Why don't you try doing digital outlines?(Ican'tdraw straight lines either, and that's why I started this) Good try, but I see so much more progress to come... GOOD LUCk!

Yeah, i've been meaning to buy different shade pens so i could do better textures, highlights, blends etc. The pens i use cost £5 a pop ($10 to my U.S. friends), so i am building my collection s-l-o-w-l-y.
