  • Yeah these legacies produce a lot of torque, thus they can get off the line pretty damn quick. I even surprised the hell out of a SR20DET Nissan 240SX (S14) with my Legacy, and mine is non turbo and a wagon and AWD lol. I think it's because generally the 2.2L makes more torque than horsepower. That turbo wagon is an awesome color.

Sad that the Prelude is done for with Honda, still love the last generation ones, but ohh well they live on in the book of legend with the Supra and Celica :)

  • gotta love AWD cars,

  • poo

  • NICE Spanked HARD by the wagon. Love 1st gen leg turbos. Super rare but very cool. I have owned 3 1st ge turbos . Total sleepers. My last 93 I swaped in a 05 STI drive train and WOW Tons of work and a lot of headaches but worth every second. SUPER Sleeper. I kick my self for selling it.

  • Those closed deck 2.2L in the legacy's are pretty beast although not in stock form. Pretty bulletproof blocks.

  • @rodgazinya Exactly. Closed Deck Blocks. High Boost Potential. 800-1000 hp not out of the question with the right modifications. I Love Subaru. :)

  • Whoot go leggy!

  • boost rapes vtec! enough said!

  • Tight Legacy

  • haha i love rice rockets they make me chuckle....

  • can we get more vids on the wagon? thing sounds sick

  • jw are all of the 2.2L sohc motors the same i'm looking to buy a '95 legacy wagon...which has the 2.2L motor n/a

  • @myronfu Well essentially yes. There were a few changes made mid-97. But unless you are wanting to completely tear into the motor it essentially is the same. The imprezas have singe port exhaust manifolds until the mid 97 switch, but the legacy does not. Oil squirters were added, the heads were a little bit redesigned. But in the legacy they switched to the 2.5. So I am pretty sure all of the 2.2l are the same in the legacy.

  • Nice vid Meyagi, I just ran into this randomly. Wish I could find a junked SS so I could use the block for a project. :D

  • Wow, every time somone in a honda gets stomped the entire honda community starts the ZOMG I have sixtykatrillion chp and you'd never beat my car!" Lol, who cares? The suby won this time. It HAPPENS...without VTEC, without NOS, without 9500rpm. Sometimes its just power to weight with not fast and furious magic involved

  • dude your legacy is junk, stock ecu and stuff not good dude, you make me want to kill my self,

  • @jacob112509 dude your prelude is, well a myth at this point, you have no vids or anything of it haha. stock ecu's can be tuned dumbass, my accord has been making 526whp for 3 years on a P28 ecu and i actually have videos and dyno sheets to back up what i say. Ive been building and rom tuning Hondas since you were in grade school, so why dont you take your prelude and go get some dyno videos and sheets and prove what your saying eh?

  • @MeyagiTuned jacob112509 stop hating.. try talking it with me.. my lude made 464kw pumping gas =) h22a3 with forged skyline turbo.. incase u dont know how much whp that is its 622 =) not including nos mate so talk it up with some else aye

  • @4drags the h22a3 only produces 165hp stock at the crank lol that go's down abit after it go's to the wheels

  • @jacob112509 what the hell are you talking about, the stock psi is only 8 wow he ramped it up 2 pounds!!, maybe learn about the car befor calling it junk,

  • thats not all it has lol, motor is built, 50 trim turbo, head studs, stage 2 clutch, 330 injectors, 75 shot of nitrous, what esle would you like to know???

  • @jacob112509 let me know when you break 500whp on pump then we will talk.

  • i would rape anyone on here with my lude

  • @jacob112509

just looked at your channel, H22a1 with an 18G is kids stuff. My accord on low boost would destroy your car lol

  • @jacob112509 i had a 92 prelude vtec redtop, port polished heads, cold air intake, racing exhaust lowered and rims, and it was dog shit, my 92 subaru legacy tubro would kill it and it is totally stock, EJ22T, no exhuast no cold air nuthin

  • @jacob112509 That Legacy walked away from your riced Honda and his AWD still pushes twice the rotating mass. He walked away from you and you still talk shit. The proof is in the video, dude... The guy kicked your ass. This guy is probably just pissed because his American made Honda got walked on by an FHI Japanese car with more balls. The EJ22T will not only keep rippin' your H22A1 time after time, but it will still be embarrassing riceboys in Honda's long after your shit is in the junkyard.

  • @PlatinumRacing With the original bottom end no less........

  • Indeed it will. Probably one of the only older Japanese engines that can withstand 400bhp on stock internals as if it were another walk in the park. EJ22Ts are so underrated it isn't funny. Imagine STi V4 heads with the bolt ons to match...scary thoughts.

  • lets go then, ill take the race

  • it is lil fast, no disrespect to ur suby, but i want a rematch, in my lude lol

  • @jaygh22turbo

Ok. Ur prelude VS my Accord.

  • hell yeah nice suby... i want one.

  • Racing!

  • Thats my subaru, and my room mates prelude. It goes good, but my subaru is no joke.

  • omg how u let that do that to the lude, i would of rape him in my lude hahaha
