franke .. You are right .. Gary was Drafted January 1 1967 and Served in Viet Nam. When he got out, he went right back into the Recording Studio and had 2 Top 20 Hits again.. Whata Guy

I remember him!! LOL!! My first concert ever! Back in Modesto Ca at Gracada Park. I remember my dad sat and had a drink with him! He is a very nice and wonderful person. And I still have his autograph 20 years later!
