lol I knew there'd be FF VII-IX *cough*VII owned IX *cough* w/o even finishing the vid, their good but waaaaaaaaay too overrated to be mentioned over and over as the "best". Legend of Mana and Tales of Destiny kicked ass, but Legend of Dragoon was ok at most for me. Xenogears should be at the top of every rpg list , best game square game PERIOD!!
to anyone who has the balls to say that FFVII sucks for any reason, all i got to say is that if you beat that game then obviously you enjoyed it (love it) and you kept playing the others AND beat those, then you should basically kill yourself, done.
To each his own i suppose...I just personaly think the only game storyline that this was better than, was FF8's...sorry..but the game randomly cutting off into the Ulticama storyline kinda sucked.
FFVII was on the bottom of my list because of slow gameplay, bad grahpics, Charecters who dident know themselves well enough to act their own parts....Like cloud...makeing remarks about haveing sex with Tifa...and then all of a sudden...he goes emotastic.
@Pie4U56 hey! just to tell you FF7 was released in 1997 and yet it was published in the News Paper that ff7 was the Game of The Year, yes the graphics back then was not that great unlike in 1999 which was ff8 was released many improvements has been added.
Now Cloud the main character of FF7 was still being used in the games, like some Versus I forgot the name and a Movie " Children of Advent FF7 " and yes this is the best game in the 90's!
