  • My two favourite things ice fishing and snowmobiles.

  • I finally know what the hole iin the dash is for! i always wondered where the pull cord went lol

  • thanks, i did tear mine down and i replaced the drive shaft bearings, the bearings needed replacing but were not so bad that it would have busted off the speedometer key. i did have to replace the key and the deal that the speedometer pulgs into, it was beyond repair. everything is running great now! we are having a great winter up here in MN. snow-wise......

  • I love that sled

  • that thing has the same cab style as my 92 arctic cat lynx 340 deluxe i judt rebuilt and painted mine it looks better than straight from the factory i spent around $1500 on it but i got it for free

  • @supercalafraggrenade Ya, many other arctic cat models had interchangable parts.

    Can't complain about free sleds.

  • O'yea, my seat is different then yours, mine is original from the factory, wondering if the deluxe was a little different?

  • @jax833 The Jag deluxe has a different seat than the standard Jag, As for the speedo not working, i have the same problem with mine, follow the cable right down from the speedo to the driveshaft, it might have popped out of the socket where it connects to the driveshaft, thats what is wrong with mine. If it looks fine it could be disconnected elsewhere, or there is a probelm with the geardrive in the speedometer.

  • i have a 1990 jag afs deluxe in mint condition, it does have the e-start, no reverse. the only thing is the speed-o quit working? any ideas on that? also, my seat is stock out of the box and it looks different then yours.

  • @jax833 this is a little late, but generally when a speedometer quits in means the driveshaft bearing on the clutch side is shot, they wear out to the point that the shaft starts to have some up and down/side to side play and it breaks the little key that connects the little gear box to the drive shaft. Replace the $5 key and $20 bearing and you'll be set for a long time.

  • Nice, does yours have reverse? What year is it?

  • nice i got a 1991 afs deluxe i just rebuilt the back end on mine looks pretty semalir

  • yep, the 90 and 91 jags look pretty much the same, does yours have electric start?

  • ya does yours?

  • No, mine is just the standard AFS model, I'm pretty sure only the deluxe models have e-start. my friend has a 91 deluxe and it has e start too. funny thing is, the back end is being rebuilt on his too lol.

  • jages are very relible

  • This one is too, I am currently having some rear suspension troubles but its no big deal.
