i need your help!!!! in one week what can i do to be able to run up 130 steps in one minute?? hhellpp!! its for a physical ability test for a job i am applying for!!
If you have decent calves, go on tip toes on your trailing leg as you climb the next step (or 2 steps). This helps out the quad and glute on the front leg. The trick is to load down your cardio system to the max sustainable using slow efficient movements from multiple muscles.
Dropping to low weight or fat % (not at the expense of power) is also good
Your video helped me place 7th overall at a local climb! I had never tried the rope climb, and didn't intend to practice it before the Big D Climb (never change anything right before a race!) - but I had to pass a lot of people and found the rope climb perfect to "get skinny" and pass on the inside! Thanks again!

You inspired me to try to make the top 100 stair climbers in the world. In 2012. Let's see what happens! Great video - a great help.
