@Syeal7 to be honost nothing you buy really gives you an adavantage in the game except a little luck bonus that doesn't make a difference. theres lvl 44 people who haven't bought a thing. and 100% of the game is free, the cash shop crap is just addons. doesn't influence the gameplay at all

@SeiRedeye Ofc its F2P, the game is instance based ;) These days you don't need to pay for games that are like Guild Wars when it comes the the play world..

It would probably be p2p if it was an open world with alternative open pk servers, that would make the game to a huge success and many people, even me would probably be more than glad to pay for the game... But now unfortunantly the game-world is more like "Continenth of the Ninth" (instance/dungeon based.)

@ravage154 You obviously didn't understand my replay. I don't want it p2p, but I would rather pay for this game if it had an open world with open pvp/pk than playing a dungeon based free game. This mmorpg seems great only problem is what I just told you. That real excitment where you can get atttacked by other players are equal to ZERO in this game. After you've done a couple of dungeons and leveled up some... I have a feeling that you'll get tired of this gameplay-system.

@RantzOn Actually I played mabinogi, the game this one having its roots from. The society of that game was really fun with a great community by the players. But sometimes you did miss that little pvp fun. Sure there was duels, and some races could fight each others... but I don't know, maybe some games just aren't made for everyone ;)

@utaxsong IIRC, they made it free some time after G3. Unfortunately, I only joined April 2008 so I wasn't there for CB, but yes, I know it's frustrating to walk back and forth for quests. Luckily for me, I was allowed to get NX so I didn't have to go through with the trouble of walking so much.

.. Though I do regret getting so many pets.

I also made 9 characters on one account to get dyes every week back when there was Advanced Play. Too bad they removed that service.

@Revicakes Yeah. : D 4 all the reasons u mentioned & more, I quit. i wanna go back cuz of all my pals there. but they always end up quitting and flocking 2 another game 4 the same reasons. i'm just more attached 2 the people there than the actual game. i dont like the fighting style in mabi. i usually play with game controller. having to click everything sux. in combat, if u get surrounded by many enemies, even though TAB helps, i cant help but think mabi wud be better if it was on ps3. :x

No, all the genders are preset for each class unfortunately. So all Fionas are female, all Evys are female and all Lethitas are male.
