hi, I've just downloaded this game yesterday and i've been searching a dozen shops for a major caliber gun. Can you only find them on missions or something?

I think freelancer is a better game than this.

@ronaldli5 Im a huge fan of freelancer, After i played all 3 of starwolves. Id say this is better or equal to freelancer. Hardcore fun, and unique builds for every mission :D

@ZWIPPMANN Sometimes you get to kill a local pirate, but the reward is trivial.

Hmm, I wonder how many base ships are in this game. I currently posses the CTS-2 Astarte and now I'm doing the mission in which you have to save Ternie from the Greys. Anyone found a guide or something?

@IncredibleJoy Kill the courier first, and take a stealthy approach for the rest of the mission. Use your missile carriers (equip finest radar and stealth field generators you can find) to destroy everything before you get detected. Your base ship is large and can be detected easily, so leave it behind. Unfortunately, it filled it's purpose and will become obsolete during and after this mission.

@hwfanatic Yea I found ihow to finish the mission and the game. Yea, my mothership got disabled not long after I chased the courier.
