creole is a stable language now... you shouldn't only refer to it as a mix of languages. It tends to be the language of the common folk while french is more of the language of the educated... or at least that how it used to be back in the day...

@sidescrollin since 1979 creole is an official language in haiti, we write kreyol, we learned it, we speak creole. that's our haitian language, Haitian creole for life
