  • awsome

  • good fun to watch mate...well done and thanks.

  • That was the coolest thing I've seen in quite some time. Garden railroads are awesome.

  • Awesome!!!

  • Cool plow. Thumbs up! :)

  • That was great

  • Subbed. Check out the Kent & North Wales Light Railway and find out why there´s no snow!

  • The video was just fine as is, than you Iliked it.

  • I'm still building a 00 guage circular track with "hills" on each side made from shredded cork (that works surprisingly well for rock effects) for artificial snow to gather in. Already got a battery-powered loco to push a specially-built rotary plow (made from a hand-held mini-fan mounted on wheels) to blow the snow, which ought to have settled by the time the plow-train comes back round the track to it. Fingers crossed it works!

  • Thats is simply awesome. I want to build an outdoor layout just so I can plow snow lol. Any advice?

  • I love how at 1:4X the little station attendent gets buried alive. LOL

  • I'm new to this stuff. Do the trains run on batteries, with radio control? I wouldn't think you could feed current through the rails under wet or snowy conditions.

Looks like the snow has a bit of ice crust on it.

  • Great video, thanks a lot.

  • By far one of the best train vids on YouTube nice wrk

  • awesome vid

  • My 3-year old is obsessed with trains and he went nuts watching this vid, it's priceless. Thanks!

  • Awesome!

  • Hey I love it!!!! I think somebody has been playing a lot! I laughed when it came to the doggy door, thats almost funny! At least this thing doesnt shit and bark!

  • Really cool video....The plow does what it is supposed to do....

  • Wow, I can't believe that model is heavy enough to push all that snow!

  • GREAT!!!!!!!!!

  • Use enought horn? Holy Crap!!!

  • That must be a pretty strong engine to push that plow through that deep solid snow I also noticed that the camera paused numerous times and skipped to a different scene and the train must have got stuck there and you must have paused the camera and gave the train a push and played the camera again.

  • are these tracks weather proof? and do you need to replace then after so many months?

  • Excellent work

    :)

  • That was SOOOOO Cool!!! Well done!!!

  • I think this is one of the reasons I like these great big models, this and that niffty little, blinky light on the top of that cab!!

  • I wanted to see it go into the house at the end there..

  • I need to go to the bar.

  • meanwhile in florida..

  • That was simply awesome!! Thanks for sharing.

  • That is truly awesome! I sent the link to my 4 & 7 year old grandsons as well. I'm sure they will look at many, if not all of your videos. They love trains. New subscriber.....

  • the funniest part of the whole thing is that this guy was probably giddy with excitement at the prospect of this activity. GIDDY ! :) then it goes in the dog door to the house and hides.

  • @Stormer94 Just goes to show...you have to enjoy the little things.

  • I love the SNOW! Florida SUCKS!!!

  • Sacrilege!!! You put an ALCo sound card in an EMD Locomotive? How Dare You!!

Kidding aside, wish we had snow up here to do this. Looks like fun!

  • those towns people have alot of shoveling to do

  • very cool

  • This is a really "GREAT" video. This is why we play with trains.

  • speed up the camera a little more why dontcha?

  • your train wants in. you should open the flap. :]

  • I.m suprised the train & track survived

  • 1:43 O.O your train just buried the house with snow

    Mike

  • Fantastic, Your Lucky to have snow. Keep on having Fun Thanks for Sharing

  • great idea

  • nice!

  • "Birds Eye View" he acts like its a skyscraper.

  • cool train

  • GO MAX SPEED!

  • one of the coolest model railroad videos I've ever seen

  • need...more...POWER! lol @ 1:29 xD

  • Hi great video wish we could get a bit of snow here in Australia it would really make for a spectacular site with my trains.

  • thats cool how you made it plow then a track so it goes into your house by its self

  • I hate ice on the rails... makes me want to use battery power. What do you use for power?

  • I can just hear those poor people standing on the passenger depot platform cussing at the MOW crew, at the 1:44 mark when the plow went by and buried them.

  • great railway

  • Pfft...:below i get 3-4 FT snow it sucks o.e

  • i dont think one could hadle the snow we get. we get 1 to 2 feet of snow

  • Good-Bye Snow!!Great video!!

  • wondeful layout!! hard work for the loco. thx

  • fabulous work!

  • your train, has a doggie door

  • this is some how awsome to watch

  • Oh my god I was at your house for the convention in Colorado where it goes into your house and then on that trussle then the walk way

  • very impressive, what kind of train is that

  • impressive, very nice

  • Very good!

  • That snowplow works slicker than snot. I'm amazed at how well it works. Good video.

  • what kind of diesels are these? they seem to be EMD SD7s. out of curiosity, would a couple of live steam 2-10-2s or 2-10-4s do as good a job clearing the line as these diesels?

  • Comment removed

  • how much do these trains weigh

  • @greenarcticcat400 the live steam versions weigh about twice as much as the electric versions. EX: a C&O H-8 Allegheny weighs 41 lbs. as a live steam locomotive, but an electrically powered 2-8-4 Berkshire may weigh only 10-12 lbs. **the weight of the Berkshire is an estimate**

  • I LOVE THAT HUGE TRESTLE!

  • Cool Video !

  • put a link where we can si the inside of the house. So teasing, you stoped it just before entering.

  • oh shoot!!! i wanna see what is inside the house!!! lol nice layout in the garden

  • he had one chance to get it right or hell have to ait for it to snow again

  • nice !! 5*

  • Nice!

  • sweet XD

  • wow!

  • oh,i thought the real trains plow snow that is a cool video

  • impressive

  • Very nice.

  • how does that thing stay on the tracks!?

  • @pineapplepete45 the pile of rocks in the back i guess

  • I’m surprised that the snow did not short out the tracks.

  • @doginstine - might be because the electrial tracks are inside the house

  • that is so cool

  • dude that cool how t goes u should just make it were it goes aroun s in circles be cool threw the hole sprinf fall winter summer

  • is that traveling around ur house?

  • what powers this train?

  • Audio swap it

  • nice...u can plough my drivway....how much..ha ha

  • That would be funny of the camera just fell into the snow while turning.... lol!

  • Notice he has his priorities straight. Plow the track, then worry about the sidewalks, lol. I love it.

  • Great video!!! That was so awsome. 5*'s and faved.

  • Great video post of the plow! I've added your clip to my "10,000 Garden Train Videos" play list 1.

Each playslis has approx. 200 G-scale, garden train videos selected from youtube. Again, Thanks for your posting.

  • something fell off

  • GO TRAIN GO! :D

  • this is great....i havent seen a better video then this great job!

  • Who makes the snow plough?

  • Great video... but why did you only use 3 engines when you knew that there was ice?

  • dats sweet

  • man, where did you get all the railroad from? amazing vid

  • i guess your wife said your not putting that in here so you had to put it outside lol great stuff i would love to do something like that

  • 1 14 swear that house was goin bi bi lol awesoem vid!

  • Another great video. As always 5 stars.

  • Sweeet!

  • Very nice! 5 stars and favorited. I have a rotary but it doesn't work well in deep snow or wet snow. It can get clogged very easily. Amazing layout too. I like how it can go into the house. No more taking the trains off the tracks when its going to rain or snow.

  • Thanks for sharring! I love using mine in the snow too!

  • That is very cool, but i'd need like 6 engines for were i live, if i had that set-up, i have like, 5 feet of snow.

  • Absolutely amazing!. Must have some serious HP pushing that plow. If you leave your train running during a storm do you have problems with the rails icing up?
