  • Nicely done! I loved the 9090's

  • Nice Track! But there isn't the low end :)

  • so do these just have a bunch of presets or can you actually use this like a synthesizer and change parameters through midi?

  • @reconstructiv It was a long time ago that I had this and I just used the presets but I believe you can change parameters through midi.

  • @hexasonic OK mon ami. Bon chance avec ton musique.

  • @rogwinyt ,, merci , ça reste difficile de toute maniere

  • MORE BASS YOU RETARD.....MORE BASSSSSS WHERE IS YOUR FUCKING LOW END GOD....have u even taken extasee X<X

  • @ChiefofBuddha Not everyone is a retarded little candy kid like you.

  • Nice track.

I've been using E-MU modules for many years now.I use an Orbit & an XL-1 in my e-drum rig.I love these modules.Check out my channel, please - all the videos use E-MU.

  • Man,, Id like to get this one,, or Planet Phatt, nice character and depth!

  • i dont know wot ur talking about on the info, i think its really good, just bought the EMU Turbo Phatt Sound Module.

  • Thanks electrokid1993. Enjoy your Emu.

  • The intro sounded awesome! I think what happened is you started changing the patches and and the notes played... in a song a general rule I use is to either change a patch and keep in a certain scale like 'G' Or change the note scale but keep the patch.... check out my song 'Cityscapes' for a good example of this. Love the beginning of the track... I am thinking of getting an emu orbit, theres one for sale for £120 do you think its worth it? Ally

  • Thanks Ally, that's good advice. I was making too many changes so the whole thing doesn't flow. I listened to your tracks. Excellent.

My advice to you would be buy the Orbit for £120. You'll love all the sounds on it and the drums and percussion too.

  • Hey thanks very much... you know the intro to this track is amazing... I really hope you re work it into a new song because this intro is too good to leave behind. Are you still composing? Ally

  • Thanks Ally. No I'm not composing at the moment. Too busy with work and other things but I hope to start again soon. I miss it.

  • that is n already programmed beat. that was sampled and redone.

  • ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Every single beat of a drum, percussion, hi hat and cymbal done individually by me. I NEVER use already programmed beats!!!

  • then i'm sorry. i still hate the drum machine though. sounds are o.k.

  • well said, love midi :)

  • It sounds good. I think the problem is that this type of music is not your style. The beginning is rave music and about 30seconds into it you go off with your own style. Which, BTW, sounds good, just doesn't go with the rave stuff. Stick to what you hear in your head, not what you want to achieve. That works for me anyways.

  • Thanks. I always did have a 'problem' sticking to the 'rules' but, as you suggest, maybe it's not a problem at all.

  • Definitly not a problem. Kraftwerk, Radiohead, !!!NIN!!!, Chem. Bros., Spashing Pumkins, and Danny Elfman to name a few all had 'problems' sticking to the rules.

  • I just bought one off of e-bay after I saw this. I just got it but none of the original sounds are on it. I've checked their website. Do you know how to get those back?

  • I think only half the factory presets can be over written (on version 1) but once they are you can't get the originals back but I may be wrong about this. It was a long time ago and I didn't have it for long.

  • I think that is really good.If that is the Orbits sounds with a really good sequencer and some cool programming, then it sounds fine to me.well done!

  • Thanks fezufo. I hope you have as much fun with yours as I did with mine.

  • I found this video particularly helpful, cos i just got one from e-bay and i found this to be informative of the machines potential.Nice one.many thanks

  • if you hadn't put so many different sounds it would have been better, subtractive production is key to success. some nice nostalgic sounds tho :)

  • Good advice. I think you've hit the nail on the head. Thanks.

  • It lack the traditionnal amen break that make half of the work, but it still sound quite ravy :)

  • Thanks popitem. I never did use that amen break in anything. I probably should have.
