  • My hair is über long and thick so I make mine real big!

  • what if the extra hair has layers what can i do to help with that even though i bobby pin it they still stick out :(

  • @aileenandcindy My hair is short and layered so typically when I want to wear a donut bun I run a styling gel/cream through my towel dried/slightly damp hair before putting it in the ponytail to do the bun. Then I use a hairspray like CHI "Helmet head" for any stubborn pieces. I hope that helps!

  • I have super thick hair and i tried this but ut didnt work. I need to buy one

  • what should i do with the extra hair and my hair is really thick? I wrap it around, but it is almost as big as the bun itself. Please help.

  • @hullabaloo131 ohhhh hmmm I'm not sure but have you try braiding those extra hair and wrap it around the bun...or maybe do a bigger bun...

  • @hullabaloo131 Instead of doing one sock, do socksss .. when you make the first one take another one and wrap it around the first sock bun, and then roll it like before ! and it should be thicker.

  • Super helpful!!! Thank you so much!!! :D

  • Little tip for people doing this with long hair...

When making the ponytail, don't pull it through all the way through at the end, leave the tips of the hair in the bobble.

Then put the bun maker on the hair, spread it around and put a bobble over it as she does in the video.

I just find this looks better that tucking it in like she does, also it's great if you have thin hair because it gives twice the thickness when covering the bun maker :)

  • r u hmong?

  • @DekOfCards yeah 100%...

  • @hmoo8 wow!!! lol me too :)

  • its kinda funny when its in fast motion!!!!!!

  • How i can make the donut bigger?

  • Whish they had brown/red socks....

  • Real neat^^

  • really helpful thanks

  • if you had knee high socks you could cut it off just above the ankle and then roll that piece up and you with have a bun donut and a trainer sock!!!( ovbiously do it with two) xx

  • "this is just a sauce" haha <3 adorable. really good tutorial!

  • @mangofiend333 ehheheehe you're the first one that caught that....I meant to say sock but I guess it came out short...

  • at 8 o'clock in the morning, a young 14 year old boy by the name of Scott Jackson was found dead.Doctors couldn't come up with the cause of his death. His mother checked his email to see if she could figure out what happened.Turns out he was still signed into myspace. She found he had gone to sleep after he read and didn't repost a chain letter.if you don't repost this to 6 videos a girl with no face will kill you tonight. sorry don't wanna die

  • too bad they dont sell blonde colored socks lol :)

  • @46JacobyGirl

I have very light blonde hair. I use a light tan, child's kneesock. It works great!

  • @46JacobyGirl How about skin toned stockings? Just a thought, haven't tried it. :)

  • @46JacobyGirl try beige

  • wow this helped dalot u make it so easy!

  • @46JacobyGirl maybe you could use a beige or off white? :)

  • @46JacobyGirl Try a beige or yellow sock. You could dye a white sock with tea or coffee

  • @46JacobyGirl I have Blonde hair and I was able to buy sort of a beigey honey coloured one and it hides pretty well

  • @46JacobyGirl or ginger-red either :)

  • where did you find that large doughnut from? I would like a big one for big buns

  • @shannabanona08 oh I got it from primark.

  • What a great idea! Very creative! I will definitely try it! My hair like yours, even though my hair is quite long,it's unbelievably thin and fine. So fine that when I pull it all back,it's literally less than one inch of hair circumference wise. So,the kind you buy wouldn't work for me. Love your idea! Thanks so much!

  • @Unsolvedfanatic yeah let me know how it turn out...I love this thing...

  • wow!!! you are so amazing...love it!

  • I tried it this morning!! :D I bought a pair of black socks from the Dollar Tree and did exactly what you did! And I looove it!! ^.^ It's just that I have some short layers so I had to use like 10,000 bob pins to pin up the extra hair stickin' out lol. Thanks a bunch!

  • @SHENGGGX3 ohhh I'm glad that you try it...hehehehee 10,000 bobby pins...

  • cute, ima try it.

  • Omg!! SUper duper awesome!!!!!!!! Is there a LOVE button!? :D Thanks so much!
