no they pick the decks for you, which sucks, but overall the decks they give u re fine, and u can unlock cards for the deck, and remove the ones youve unlocked, its a very god game overall but sadly no, they give you theyre own decks.
they need to fix the errors on server also need to make it where you can customize your own deck 3. they need to upload all the cards of magic in the data base and it would be cool if you had to earn those cards through ranked matches and you can view them if you win enough matches the juicy ones are worth 10 ranked match wins now that would be intense and fun well hope they fix the game and add new things
@lucky942002 that would be awesome, but it would take up a lot of memory to put the couple of thousands of cards into the game. then it wouldn't be an xbl arcade game for $10. it would be a full $60 game. but i agree that that would be cool.

It was released for PC about 10 years ago, it has no online play though, try downloading it with bittorrent, it won't play on vista either. There were 2 PC games for Magic the Gathering, and duel of the planeswalkers was an update to the original with added cards and the second game included.
There is a user created mod called manalink to play online.
If you can DL arcade titles (which I think you can) then the answer is yes. You won't be able to play online though, and I'm not sure if you can play offline with the computer.

We know it will have Shards of Alara cards, yes, but Planeswalker cards are not guaranteed. They're using the names Tezzeret and Elspeth as characters - not has Planeswalker cards that you can use. At this point, it's doubtful you'll get to use Planeswalker cards.
