@CuteThing7332 In 2008, I was over enter to Phaaze on hypermode, then I got punished for two months, when I played against her, I couldn't beat her, basically because I was at 60% on status and I lost skills :P, when I came back, with 99%, then I could beat her with not so many problems :)

@daveyb544 its not normal shots....near the end of the game you are permanently stuck in hypermode until you finish the boss or you overload and die by the excessive energy. All those shots are from hypermode.  It wold have made the Dark Samus SO much harder with the same amount of boss health, with having the hypermode limits you had throughout the game.

@mrmetroidking The last boss fights in the hypermode setting were like hell though. Dark Samus in the hypermode setting isn't too hard if you know what you're doing. But her attacks as well as the aurora unit's attacks cause the gauge to go up pretty fast. The aurora unit really gave me a run for my money in the hypermode setting,because if you lose against it,it's back to Dark Samus. So I had to retry 3 times.

I'm pretty sure it's totally possible to get 100%. But hey you should try. Starting over on a harder mode on the same file is great. You don't have to scan everything again, just scan the ones you missed.

Just like in Dissidia Final Fantasy, I'm more of the defensive kind of player (Medium-Defensive in other words) I mean, I usually dodge it's attacks until I got the chance to attack it's weak spot, which is when it's stunned

5:00 when the AU fires those "mortars" I enter Morph Ball & Boost around in circles until it stops that attack

even though I shoot the machine that temporarily comes out of the AU, the AU will just goof around, therefore, stunning it the other way is better to me

oh, & when the AU sends out 3 Dark Samus fakes, I always try to kill them with a Hyper Missile as early as possible for a multi kill, otherwise I shoot them while they're standing still & attacking
