personally i use Adobe Premiere Pro since that is what we used when i was in school, i havent used sony vegas but i hear that is a good program, but the nice thing about premeire is that it is relitively easy to learn, and its powerfull!!! not to mention since it is an adobe product it makes it really easy for movin stuff from photoshop into it and then out to ater effects and what not!!!

The quality was really good. The editing to the music is amazing at points. At times, a bit over edited though. Just to the point where it can be a little difficult to follow the timeline. But usually picks right back up.

Brutally honest, if you're going to include social clips make them better than killtacs or else they dont have the same wow factor as the MLG overkills. Especially as most of the social killtacs were pretty unimpressive (snowbound shotgun for one).

I really like the Snowbound Sniper Overkill effect even though it looked like 2 were afk.

Not saying it was a bad montage, I really enjoyed it. Id give it 4/5 just because of the nice editing.

Nice montage guys but, in one clip with the editing when it locked on to their heads, you didnt hit 2 of their heads which made me kinda giggle because it locked on to their heads but you didnt get the head shots, but all in all great montage!

This was maybe one of the best gameplay and editing Ive ever seen in a montage! I dont know why people are causing so much problems over this very great montage! And the fact that FBWalshy and some random guy were talking smack to each other on your video comments!! The Mc Gann's were like the Super Mario Bros stompin' on Goomba's! One of the things Frog has been saying that he thinks slow-mo is being used to much in this video, I agree. I'm not even half way through the montage and I am already bugged by the overuse of slow-mo. He used it to get a double kill with the assault rifle, also for a triple kill WITH the rocket launcher, whats the point of that?

Sigh... No offense and I hate to bash anybody's hardwork, but this represents a lot of what is wrong with Halo montages. Synergy SERIOUSLY overused the whole slow motion effect, many of the angles felt pointless and didn't seem to sync with the music, pointless god awful color correction, and recycled and copied transitions. Come on Synergy, you can do better.

@frogpjb i STRONGLY disagree. You represent what's wrong with most of the Halo 3 Community. He used twixtor (aka slow motion effect) in the first half of the montage, and pretty much completely went away from it in the second half. The CC & Glow also was ONLY in the first half of the 'tage, which was very appropriate. The colors correlated with the clip tone opposed to clashing. If you have a problem with transitions, just stop watching montages altogether, as those will always be the same.

The slow motion in this montage was overused, and on top of that DID NOT sync with the music well. THUS the slow motion got in the way. If you like having gameplay altered and not sync with the music, that's your issue.

Many of the transitions (like the screen reassembling around the sniper scope) WERE recycled, and the angles DID NOT sync with the music at times. I never complained about the quality, my issue was with the color correction. While that is a matter of opinion a lot of people feel the same way. I knew people would jump on me for having a conflicting opinion.
