@brighteyefilms hey, I own a 1993 bug and its not in a very good shape so i'm thinking of upgrading it. But i dont know if i want to go for a neat classic style or a more "pimped" style ( wide tires, stereo, chromed parts, etc...) What style would you think it will look better with this particular model?
haha yeaah in the minute 2:16 thats a mexican Bug from the factory in Puebla the last plant that proudly released the beetles in 2004, Saludos from a Bug lover in Mexico.
@R0B0T1CxFILMAKER We mostly Build bugs for people like you. Every now and then we get a bug in that needs some repairs and we put it out for sale. But for the most part we build. Do a youtube search for Build-A-BuG. You can see what my program is all about.
Looking at all these beauties really makes me want to carry on doing up my 1966 beetle, which I've had for 13 years...I was thinking of selling him but ...how could I do such a thing ;)great video!
Nice video--thanks for posting. We had a '74 standard Bug from 2004 to 2009 but had to sell it--thanks, layoffs and lousy economy. Can't wait to have one again someday! You can take the boy out of the VW but you can't--well, you get the idea. LOL
@Lahti1935 yeah it's like they are redoin the front end or adjusting king pins or link pins, haha. Nah, it is just to show how clean they made it underneath.
Chris it's always a pleasure to view your videos. Who would have known how your two vocations would tie so closely together. Amazing. Watching this video has once again renewed my faith in people who love the most loveable car ever produced, and with love such as this the People's Car will always be with us.
I really like your choice of music for this video. It set the mood, if you will.
Congrats on placing second out of all those beautiful cars. From watching your previous videos I can tell that you put a lot of yourself in restoration. The judges can tell too.
these are all so much nicer then the one I've been working on haha, check out my channel if you're interested in seeing a beater bug

What is a Hebmuller? How is it relevant to volkswagens, was it just an early convertible?

The early 55 is nice and all but it would have been better if he actually drove it to the show....I was always turned off by the trailer queens.
The 67 at 7:00-7:20ish is my personal fav.
