Roo 07 was my 44th birthday gift from my sons and my fiance, 6 months after I had spine surgery! I survived the draught, the pain, the heat, and we had an unbelievable time in a place filled with LOVE and PEACE!!! Roo 08 was even better for us as we were prepared and experienced and we took even more friends and family and our camp was an hours walk from the main stage! I survived that too and had more surgery in Feb because the 1st Dr. was wrong about my diagnosis! I won't be at 09, darnit!

bonnaroo sucks more and more each year. the first two were great, but for anyone who has never been, dont waste you time. the yuppies have ruined it for everyone. and if you go with some weed or money you might get jacked by the "event staff" who will party on you drugs then spend your money all weekend. if not, they take everything except for a little bit and give it back to you and call the cops over. so you can spend the weekend in jail.

If it's going down hill it's because you can't understand that people have all different tastes and styles and backgrounds and habits and still welcome them anyway. Everyone's just there to find something they can feel good about. Most of them deserve to find it. Just focus on the parts you enjoy and let other people do the same.

Fiji is yet another country you know nothing about. Fijians own 90 percent of land. Fijians have held most of the power, first through the chefs and majority Fijian government and now through a military dictatorship. Everyday Fijians and Indians have close relationships and speak each others languages. Many are mixed blooded. Indian's in Fiji reject the caste system and dowry. A friend of mine was in a concentration camp in Bosnia when he was 13 and he's not as negative a person as you. I was forced from my homeland because of a military coup when my father, a journalist was beaten up in a Fijian prison for telling the truth and I'm not as negative as you.
