No, the american games works with american PS2.Europe games Works with Europe PS2 and japanese games...well you know. Only if you have a chip in the console

i have it and i live in europe...but no unfortunately it doesnt work on normal ps2 but som1 told me that it works on the slim ps2...

It was Nintendo who requested 'The Twin Snakes' and it's already been stated that 'Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes' is only available for Nintendo GameCube, nothing else.
