Like all good inventions, the idea came to us one day when we were playing around with different roller weights and spring setups on our 1st buggy and didn't have the weights we wanted so we mixed what we had on hand. When that worked, the light bulb went off on how a variator actually worked and how we could manipulate it to our advantage! From there, it was off the the races with a dremmel tool and a digital scale! I was really surprised no one had done this till we did!
