  • i was raised a jw, not until i was 19 did i stop going. they are dooms day cultists

  • brain-washing! the term "paradise earth" does not appear in the Bible ONCE!!! False-prophet-organization (Rev. 19)

  • I had several friends who committed suicide between 72 and 74 because their parents kept telling them that they were too weak to be in 'gods organization'. Actually they were just teenagers, but their parents got a sense of righteous full fillment and the admiration of their peers in the congregation by treating their children that way. They showed that they loved their God more than their children and therefore proved that they were worthy. I contemplated it, but then just decided to walk.

  • I don't remember the one about the NWT, but I do about the smurf dolls

  • You know what amazes me;you can show this video to a Jw and they'll just say: it's fake or that was just a mistake, then show them all the other proofs such as the deaths the WTBS has caused from their wrong medical advice and so on and they'll still shut their eyes and keep on following it!

  • @52flipflop ... and yet they will pass totally unfounded urban legends amongst themselves. Did you hear this one: The TV game show Jeopardy said that the New World Translation was the most accurate one. (This JW urban legend is completely untrue.) Or the one about the demonized Smurf dolls from the 1980's? I could go on.

  • @52flipflop You have to remember that 1. They are told that anyone saying anything different that the Watchtower is of the evil slave class and they are trained to reject every word and, 2. They know that to accept what you say will lead to their being dis-fellowshipped which means they will lose all family, friends, social order and, in their minds, life everlasting. Not just for believing what you say, but listening to what you say. The WT is very good at what they do.

  • @52flipflop (continued) What is even sadder is that I have met with dozens of ex-JW's over the last three decades and the minute I start to lay out the truth about the organizations teachings, Most close off and don't want to talk anymore. They leave the WT but the concepts keep a hold on them. They accept that they are not 'good' enough to be saved. "it isn't the teachings, it's the people that is the problem". That is a lie. It is the teachings of the WT that are Demonic and corrupt.

  • @jimbronaugh - I belong to a few ex-JW groups on the Internet, and they get that the WT is a scam. They either figured it out or did some research. However as you said, lots of ex-JW's are still loyal to the organization - they just drifted away.

I am sad to hear of your friends who ended their lives in the early 1970's. What a waste. With all the "end is near" excitement that the Watchtower manufactured before 1975, I suppose some young ones thought "well I won't survive Armageddon anyhow".

  • @jimbronaugh My father has been Df'd for almost 20 years, the second I brought this up he got uncomfortable. He quickly told me that I needed to be careful on the research I was doing. He is living a horrible lifestyle and he told me that I needed to be careful? He thinks that he's going to be destroyed because he can't get his life straightened up and they are God's organization on earth. I HATE this demonic cult.

  • @1914watcher i feel yah man

my inlaws are jw......they cant even think for themselves

  • The key is not to allow yourself to be deceived by ANYONE! JW's no matter how sincere (and I believe that most are) have allowed themselves to fall into that trap by having their ears tickled.(2 Timothy 4:3) Jesus gave us ample warning that "false Christs" (or false Anointed) would arise, these self proclaimed anointed would declare that the "due time has approached" and they will also try to convince us that Christ has already arrived! Jesus said " do not believe it." Lu 21:8. Mat 24:4-5,23-27.

  • The Watchtower does NOT make known its shameful 1975 history to its new converts. People who were around in 1975 (like the video-maker and like me) have to remind people that the Watchtower deliberately built up expectations by constantly mentioning that date in its publications for 9 years and then dropping mention of it after that.

  • 1975 is something the Watchtower does make known time to time for past mistakes. Bottom line is though will know who stands and who falls when the end comes. Just study your own bible and believe in whatever you want and wait for an outcome.

  • FOR ALL THOSE APOSTATES 1975 WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THE END ARMAGEDON WILL COME AT ANUNEXPECTED TIME STOP TROLLING FRANZ WAS ALLOWED HIMSELF TO BECOME BLIND AND THIS TITLE IS STUPID WITNESSES ARNT AFRAID TO TALK ABOUT THIS!!!

  • @11and15productions So if Franz allowed himself to become blind, why didn't the rest of the governing body members try to stop his teachings of 1975? Books and Watchtower articles were written by a whole staff of anointed elders and talks were given as you can hear in this video. It looks to me like Franz wasn't the only "blind" one...apparently the entire organization became "blind". The question is: how can the faithful and discreet slave of Jehovah (God's mouthpiece) become blind?

  • @11and15productions You can't defend this. What you are saying here, and what they SAID can't be defended. I was listening to him speak as I read your comment.

  • I'm glad this happened because it's shows what the real intention was from those who suddenly run so fast because they were afraid for what was coming. It separated the true believers from the hypocrites... After 1975 when nothing happened it was clear what they real intention was. Jehovah allowed this to unmask the hypocrites....

  • @MrBaassiecool .... and the hypocrites were those at headquarters who used bogus 6000-year chronology to "prove" the end would come near 1975. Also, the hypocrites are those who were associated with the Witnesses then and who now say there was no great expectation and certainty that the world system's end would come close to that year. Such denial turns my stomach.

  • @MrBaassiecool Here we go don't tell us its called the sifting work, you say hypocrites we say false phophets.

  • sometimes it's hard to believe that some of the old timers( some 70 and 80 yrs. old) have seen all the false prophecies and lies but yet still believe in the WTBS!

  • This video is true. I was baptized in 1970 (age 16) and I remember all the hype about 1975, young people were encouraged not to finish high school and go pioneer because the end was so close!! What a bunch of B.S.! Glad I'm not a Jw anymore!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @52flipflop - I was 9 years old in 1970 and raised by JW parents. I can confirm that what you say is true. To hear the JW's back then tell it, Armageddon certainly was going to come before I would graduate high school (in '79).

Further their 5/22/1969 issue of Awake magazine told us that young people wouldn't grow old in this system, and that we would never fulfill any career in this world's "system". Well I'm almost 51 now and have been in a career for 32 years. So they LIED.

  • @sluggfish thats so funny, i will pray for you

  • @sluggfish every jw does not belive in sex before being married so that tells me your lying

  • I have a new date for the end of the world; December 31, 4000. Why? Well,, because is far away and I won't be around. Amen

  • Must have felt pretty stupid come Sept 6, 1975 either they lied or God forgot and I'm guessing its their mistake not God. Date setting alone proves its a false non Biblical organizatoin. Jesus said no man knoweth the day nor the hour not even the Son of Man.

  • 'Religions' give YAHWEH a bad name :O

    Churchianity bad, GOD good :)

May he bless all with the Word of Truth

  • They are just as duplicitous as God is in his statements. For Gods word is open to many interpretations. It is the language of the politician, and God is the ultimate politician. That is why all religion is the same, they all preach peace on the one hand and have a sword in the other. Just like the God they worship, for who has killed more of the human family than God. GOD is the problem, not we, all this evil has taken place on HIS watch. He could not keep the peace in Eden with 2 people in it.

  • @TRUEANGLO - Yes! People make their holy book (be it the Koran, the Bible, or other) say what THEY want it to say. Holy books have been used to support wars and terrifying acts against innocent individuals who happened to be born into what the clergy said were the wrong group of people. The Abrahamic religions especially are guilty of the "believe our way or you'll suffer" mentality, dividing mankind.

  • @cooper79jeffr What people must recognise is that GOD was and is the propagator and still is of that same mentality that prevails across ALL religions. Gods rule is, "do it my way or die." It is as simple as that. Even when the Israelites were about to enter the promised land they were to told to kill the seven different nations who resided there, they were not to leave a breathing thing alive, including "suckling child" and pregnant woman. ANYONE who refused to do that was to be put to death.

  • @TRUEANGLO - I see where you're coming from.

My viewpoint is that of an atheist. So I don't blame a God in which I don't believe. To me the fault for all this hatred and divisiveness lies at the doorstep of priesthoods and religious leaders who fictionalize what some imagined deity says, to get people to behave as THEY wish.

  • @cooper79jeffr Atheists can be just as dogmatic as any believer, they have made institutions to praise atheism, they call them universities. The belief of evolution to them IS their religion, with Charles Darwin as their High Priest. They have built temples to atheism, have a philosophy which they are very evangelical about as they have thousands of books on evolution and many missionaries preaching it.A notable one is Richard Dawkins. The dogma of religion does not always need a God, but it helps.

  • @TRUEANGLO - I didn't mean to sidetrack this discussion into the pros and cons of atheism. The main point on which we agree is that hypocritical religions tend to control and dominate mankind (whether or not a God is actually behind such domination).

The Watchtower's incessant promotion of the 1975 in the 9 years leading up to that date was an example of undue control and influence. Later they told their people to believe that they didn't really mean that the end would come about that year.

  • @cooper79jeffr The reality is, man would find some reason or another to butcher his fellow man, as it seems to be innate in him to do so. Religion has been a prime mover in feeding that innate passion of self destruct. If religion was not there, man would find some other reason to feed his death orientated phsyche. Whatever man chooses to motivate him to that consistent warrior mode, under close investigation the problem lies not in the reasons for such brutal behaviour, but in man himself.

  • @TRUEANGLO - Agreed.

  • A cult founded by a Conman [ C T Russell] and run by 9 Conmen,, It has caused more misery for families and individuals.

  • nope, they sold their homes and ended up with lesser homes and stuff not as nice as before.

  • Deu 18:22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

Continuous false prophesies by the JW's "prophet" the Watchtower makes the Watchtower a false prophet that needs to be avoided as a wolf in sheeps clothing. Nuff said.

  • they meet there own discription of a false prophet. they dance around verbage to act like, well, we didnt REALLY say it was gonna end. OR well, the truth gets brighter with time. doesn't that mean, well, we just keep getting proven wrong.

  • Is this all people have against the witnesses? Predictions? I want works and teachings. These are the things you should be condemning. Not predictions. None of them btw, professed to be prophets.

  • @oneworldkingdom - Their 1975 doctrine was definitely a "teaching". In 1966 Watchtower vice president Fred Franz devised a plan to hype up excitement by emphasizing the date of 1975 as the possible end of the system. "'1975" was prominently featured in Watchtower talks and publications. Many JW's made huge financial and life decisions based on this false date. This deception on the part of Fred Franz was a bad "work".

Many other YouTube videos deal with other works/teachings of Watchtowerism.

  • @cooper79jeffr - Again. Did Fred Franz call himself a prophet? Stating "possible" end of the system is not a prophecy on any account. I just can't find anything from the JW opposers worthy of consideration. All you have is a date. And the date you give was never constituted as a prophecy. How about going after what it is they teach. You can't refute that because its the truth.

  • @oneworldkingdom - Again! There is far more than just the 1975 hype that is wrong with the Watchtower. There are several other YouTube videos that cover these topics, and I won't get onto those topics right here right now.

Yes Fred Franz was implying that he was part of the prophet class -- he was part of the Governing Body that approved publication of that exact claim in the 1972 Watchtower - which was published, AHEM, 3 years ahead of 1975. Consider the context!!

  • @oneworldkingdom - 1975 was a huge deal in the JW organization in the late 1960's and early 70's. There was constant emphasis on the date, and a huge amount of ink and many talks given speculating on what would happen around that date which was supposedly the exact end of 6,000 years of human existence.

"In view of the short time left, a decision to pursue a career in this system of things is not only unwise but extremely dangerous." Kingdom Ministry, June 1969, p. 3.

  • @oneworldkingdom - More WT quotes:

"...there are only about ninety months left before 6000 years of man's existence on earth is completed.... The majority of people living today will probably be alive when Armageddon breaks out, and there are no resurrection hopes for those who are destroyed then." Kingdom Ministry, 3/68, p. 4.

  • @oneworldkingdom -

"Reports are heard of brothers selling their homes and property and planning to finish out the rest of their days in this old system in the pioneer service. Certainly this is a fine way to spend the short time remaining before the wicked world's end." Kingdom Ministry, May, 1974, p. 3.

  • @oneworldkingdom -

"Are we to assume from this study that the battle of Armageddon will be all over by the autumn of 1975, and the long-looked-for thousand-year reign of Christ will begin by then? Possibly, but we wait to see how closely the seventh thousand-year period of man's existence coincides with the sabbathlike thousand-year reign of Christ...." (Watchtower, August 15, 1968, p. 499, "Why Are You Looking Forward to 1975?")

  • @cooper79jeffr "Possible date" still applies. And since when did the governing body become a prophet?

  • @oneworldkingdom So, telling people over and over again that the end of the world is coming on a certain date, claiming your are directed and chosen by God as his direct line of communication, is somehow not prophesying, I don't know what is!

  • @oneworldkingdom It's really easy...

The WatchTower is wrong 100% of the time.

Name any doctrine or prophecy of the WatchTower that has been right 100% of the time.

  • LMFAO!!!!!!! 1975 was an EPIC FAIL

  • the kingdom ministry was May 1974....wondered the Where was that printed. now I know.

  • they do not LEAP like that anymore......oh so that is where it was....I do not recall that book must have been early 1950's. I see a 1967 date in one of the quotes.

  • 1914 1918 1925 1975 and now they say only god knows....

  • All these religions are false! from JW - SDA - None Denomination stuff, they don't know that the father Yahuwah want's a relationship not religion through his son Yahushua.

  • It's a cult!

  • @midterngrades Pro-Tip: They're ALL cults. ;)

  • @midterngrades They are all cults

  • @midterngrades They practice shunning as a CONTROL. Cult it is.

  • JW say that they don't know when the world is going to end b/c its at the choice of God . Yet , they're saying the world would end in 1975 ?

  • @xpalacioss - JW's now active in the organization will deny that they ever said this. Such intentional amnesia helps them keep loyal to the organization that preached 1975 and other dates as the absolute end of this world system.

  • @cooper79jeffr thats not exactly true... but yeah they are crazy along with all other bible bashers, christians, muslims etcetc

  • @ensferrec18 They don't. I dated a Jw and she wouldn't look at anything I told her. She just gave me the little yellow book and th NWT bible. It actually helped me become Ignostic. I argueed religion with her and she couldn't give proof for most of the things we argueed about. She just told some more JW's where I live and sent them.

  • ANwSER ME this JWs In this verse Jesus is saying no one is good only God is Good.

    Matt 19:16-17

16 Now behold, one came and said to Him, “Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?”

17 So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.

    You have two options.

1 Jesus is bad and has sin in him. Or option 2.

    2 He is God.

    Only God is Good????????

If you picked option 1 then his death cant save you.

  • @mofo34736 God isn't good. He creates gays then doesn't allow them paradise.

  • @ssj7warrior I know what your feeling. I did the same thing. But ill tell you if you allow God to. come and open your eyes it will make sense. Go buy a KJV BIBLE $10 A WALMARK. and LOOK UP. Romans 3:23 John 3:16 Titus 3:5 Romans 10:12-13 Acts 16:31 Luke 13:3 And truly ask him to come. But you must be willing. Romans 1:16 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the POWER of GOD to SALVATION for everyone who BELIEVES. This means God will do it for you.
  • @mofo34736 What am I feeling (keys on my keyboard)? I don't need resources, I have E-sword, NWT, KJV, NIV, CEV, and about 50 more books based upon religion. I've tried this Jesus thing and found it to be fake. Matthew 7:7. To be honest, I didn't read those verse you posted, I've read the bible too much.

  • @ssj7warrior Im sorry to hear this. You must let God do it. God bless you.

Rom 1:16 the power of God unto salvation.

    1 Col 2:14

14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

    Eph 1:17-18

18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

  • @mofo34736 Do you not realise that you posted a contradiction?

  • 'Sundown' only has meaning from a single point of perspective from the earth, and is meaningless when trying to isolate a time at which the entire earth will be annihilatied... this guy is nuts! Oh, and he's a Jehovah's Witness. He's nuts!!

  • Deuteronomy 18:20 ^

But the prophet who takes it on himself to say words in my name which I have not given him orders to say, or who says anything in the name of other gods, will come to his death.

  • Lol flyfast. Ya me too! Hey who is this guy think he is predicting the armagedeon or the second coming of coming of Christ? It is stated in the Bible no one knows the day or hour this will be not even the Angels in Heaven know. It will be like a theif in the night. I guess they forgot about that or havent read about that in the Bible

  • Blind leading the blind! No sense at all... why would the wt need my donation as I sell my house, what would they do with the money?... Hey all of you jw heretics, when JESUS comes I will donate all my belongings to you to enjoy, I will be gone... but you and the unsaved will go trough the great tribulation as the Bible says, so I guess you will not enjoy my stuff... so you loose by being one!

  • @AchtungPapa You should have said: I AM A BIG IDIOT! Every one would believe you, but as it is with your statement everyone knows you are a fool!

  • Thank you for bringing the real "truth" to light. Now...an ex-witness.

  • great video, thanks for the heads up. I LOVE THE INTERNET!!!!!!!!!!

  • When I was a girl the JWs came to our house and told us that the world was going to end in 1975. So I always remind them of that today when they come to our house and also anyone who is starting to listen to them, about what the Watchtower Society falsely predicted. It inoculated me and my family forever against their teachings.

  • the WT wants you to STFU.

  • Everyone who is against jehova wittness u really dont now wat ur saying because none of the wordly scriptures say when armegedon will come

  • @ponchitobat Hey, what are 'wordly scriptures'? Have you read them?

  • this is sad at least i have been in for 5years it's time to leave.

  • sunshineuk1965 Doesn't matter about your growth that's concerning, its the many who are being mislead by ignorants and blinded by foolish doctrines which leads itself to misunderstood Hell which There's NO Fear which explain your continuing of this orgainization even with undiniable Fact and evidence clearly seen. Read a Bible with all versus attach instead of countless missing versus within your NWT Bible.

  • The Watchtower taught for decades ' the heavenly door is shut ( from 1935 onward) Yet Christ said, "I am the DOOR"... (John 17:7-9)

"Jesus said to them again, “Truly, I say to you, I AM THE DOOR of the sheep. All who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them.

I am the door; If Anyone Enters Through Me He will Be Saved."

The WT org. teaches millions of it's members Christ is not their mediator!

    This is a lie!

Who are really are Christ's brothers? Matt. 12:50

  • there should be a law against false prophesy...

  • @trailerfitter2 religion is false..

  • @xxjaygoxx It very much appears to be so.however belief is growing

  • @trailerfitter2

There is but not in this world..........Peace of Christ

  • It isn't "screaming" to point out that the Watchtower has predicted the end of world society to come in the years 1914, 1915, 1919, 1925, "a short time after" WW2, 1975, and before the end of the 20th century. It's only pointing out that they've cried wolf many times even in face of the quotation of Jesus in the Bible that no man can know the day or hour.

It's the JW's who tend to "scream back" and impugn those who persistently point out the inconvenient truth.

  • id walk in pretend i wnated to join spit in there face and brun there shitty bibe they tear family apart steal money mind control/brain wasg you fuking retards who only talk crap

  • Well we have the internet now - and thousand of ex-witnesses doing their hystrical internet screaming thus... no secrets left. What else ya got because we're still growing? For accurate information feel free to investigate by going to the OFFICIAL Witnesses website watchtower d o t o r g or following the links on my channel to my forum (look on the left of the page). I can answer any questions.

  • @sunshineuk1965 yes exactly no secrets left however some denied it ever happened and the the JWs are still working as if nothing has happened ( well nothing did happen did it?). JWs aren't growing they arte walking around with blinkers fitted!!! After the last little Campings episode of failed prophecy leaving vulnerable ( sorry gullible) people penniless. The world should take the lead and ban this sort of End of the World preaching like they have in Russia.

  • @gypsydog100 you think they can break a dollar for me?

  • Im sure the JW will call the guy who claimed the May 20something a false prophet funny thing is that guy said the same thing early JW said abour 1914 or was it 1925 - something Like "these are not my dates but GODs"...but then a JW will just say IT WAS SPECULATION..hope they give that same line to that man too

  • without any long winded retoric if christ returned in 1914 what the hell is he up to?..

  • @trailerfitter2 I wish he was chillin with me..remember that 1914 originally was based not on scriptures but on pyramidology

  • @trailerfitter2 - JW's think he's busy directing their preaching work and their organization. At the right time (that only his Father knows) he will destroy all who didn't pay attention to the organization he directed.

  • What sane person would think the end of the world is coming during the height of disco?! Hey maybe Jesus would've come but just to visit Funky Town...haha

  • another bunch of nutbags have once again predicted the worlds end cq rapture in roughly 1 weeks time =read earthquakes stinking corpses and the raising of the saved to heaven above ,6 months later 20 october then armagheddon ensues-oh dear poor mankind ...reminds me of the american lady whom jumped to her death thru the sun roof of her hubbys driving car ..upon witnessing the actual rapture!-not 12 helium filled blow up dolls /lprofilactic ladies of pleasure rising up to a toga party -oh dear!!

  • Any one who has read the book of Acts knows that Jesus commanded the Apostles to wait for the Holy Spirit and then to be HIS witness throughout the region and all the world.

Have the JWs received the Holy Spirit?

    Are they Jesus Witnesses?

Do they present the gospel that the Apostles preached, that being the death, burial and bodily resurrection of our God and Savior Jesus Christ?

Since they have to answer NO to all of these questions, are they doing Jehovah's will? NO

  • @dbspooky - It's true, Jesus is just a character in Witness theology who takes the backseat to Jehovah and to the organization itself. Jesus is viewed as supporting both but is not the primary focus of their ideology.

  • How is this hateful or abusive?

  • Jesus taught his followers to go from house to house. He wants more people to become disciples. Jehovah's Witness are following Jesus our Lord. Read Acts 5:42, "...from house to house they continued ..declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus." Acts14:21,"...making quite a few disciples,..." Acts 20:20-"...teaching you publicly and from house to house." Jesus commands his disciples to make more disciples. READ Matthew 28:19,20-"Go therefore and make disciples of people..."

  • @eternityandforever - There are other YouTube pages where we've discussed whether or not modern-day Christians need to go "house to house" either for their own salvation or to make disciples. This page is about the Watchtower's habit of building up excitement around certain dates, and then backing off and claiming they never did that or else making excuses for ignoring the Bible's words that "no man knows the day or hour". End-time religions currently have a .000 batting average on their dates.

  • It is so funny how prophecies about 1914,1915,1925,1945,1975 can be all wrong and people still believe. These prophecies were all false. If the prophecies are false does this not mean the prophets who claim direct communication with Jehovah's angels at Bethel are false prophets?

  • @h8tow8ck - I flag your comments as spam, because it is repetitive and it is nonsense. This video does NOT promote hatred. It tells the truth that the Watchtower is now lying about never preaching 1975 as the end of the world system. Pointing out an obvious flaw like this is not hateful, but truthful.

  • @h8tow8ck This sort of truth should be shown and not hidden. Shame on the False Profits Jehovahs Witnesses.

  • (Acts 1:6) . . .“Lord, are you restoring the kingdom to Israel at this time?” Does this mean that the apostle Peter was not a spiritual man? Why for even he was handed the keys of heaven!

Jehovah's witnesses like in Bible times are not perfect but as time pass they obtain clear understanding and will continue to do so until end of this wicked system of things.

  • @RosalineeSandree well you are supposed to witness to others. so if witness is judging the n jw's are guilty of it. dont you go out and pass out tracts and witness to others about jehovah? does that mean you are guilty of judging others?

  • How can one deny that the 1975 concept was taught then? The audio recording us amazing proof that 1975 was taught to be the last year of this old system. JW have changed their philosophies many times over the years.

  • @beanio12 - You're right. I was an impressionable child of 5 when the 1975 hope started to be emphasized in various Watchtower publications (in addition to assembly talks like the one on the video). The thing is, most who are JW's now weren't in the organization in 1975 - so they can't know how much excitement and anticipation the date was causing between 1966 and 1975. And those who WERE around in 1975 and are still there can plausibly say it was no big deal to them - they're still in it.

  • @cooper79jeffr

This is one of the few times I've actually talked to a witness from that time period. I've researched the1975 thing and I've seen many times in publications from that time where1975 was explicitly mentioned as the end of days. As you said, most witnesses that were around at the time said that they didn't believe it fully in the first place. Which is an obvious lie to cover things up.

  • @beanio12 - Yeah it's either a lie or wishful thinking to say they didn't believe it "fully". Nobody in the JW's thought they would be 36+ years off in their prediction. Nobody.

  • LOL was this sopposed to make me stop being a JW??? dont think so. ppl u will not find a perfect religion on the earth if its run by man. man is imperfect so he will make mistakes and idk wats this crap about brain washing. its like if we were tied to a chair at the hall and forced to eat watchtower magazines. u use ur head and c 4 urself wats true and wats not. its not hard! im 17 and im thankfull that im a witness i truly love it. Gods word, "NOT THE WATCHTOWER!" set me free frm the devil = )

  • @liltopkk11 By your own admission, this video just shows that the WatchTower is run by men and not God, ( unlike what the WT tells you) and this religion is just like any other religion in that regards. This proves that you have no idea if, what you call 'TRUTH' right now, will be truth tomorrow.

If you disagree with teachings of the WTBTS, do you stand the chance of losing your family through shunning? When a teaching like 1975 Armageddon fails, and results in many leaving, can you blame them?

  • @liltopkk11 - When I was 17 I thought the same as you do. I thought I had freedom and truth and would never change my mind. Much to my surprise, I did change my mind over time. I found that the WT organization proved to be not only imperfect, but too much like the Pharisees. You may come around to this way of thinking, or you may not. Only time will tell.

  • @liltopkk11 How to tell a JW from an Ex-JW:

JW: taks liek dis and nevr wnt to skool

Ex-JW: Talks like a normal human being.

  • @liltopkk11 well you are not supposed to be making prophecies unless they are from the Lord. God doesnt make mistakes. if these leaders where truly lead by the Holy Spirit whom they deny exist, then they would have never made such claims. they knew the where not telling the truth. the way this man speaks gives me the idea that he knew he was lying.

  • @david42262 - So when a religion teaches a falsehood, it's a good thing? JW's DID emphasize 1975.

The Watchtower has been proclaiming the imminent end since 1879, even highlighting various years that the end of the system was going to happen - and then backing away when the year passed. This is typical of adventist/ end-time religions.

Your quote about "taking no note" has been used several times before by the Watchtower. Have you never heard the story of the boy who cried wolf too often?

  • Who is that speaking concerning 1975 through most of the video?

  • @GrotesqueKevin Voices:

Fred Franz, VP of the WTBT$ at the time of the speech, President a few years later. Speech was February 10th, 1975 at a convention in Los Angeles, CA.

The 2nd speaker is Charles Sinutko, District Overseer, 1967 convention in Sheboygan, MI.

  • The Jehovahs Witnesses cult came from the Soviet Waiting Game, Kalinka, the guy that goes insane first does 18 years of military service in a watchtower.

  • I am so glad I am leaving this false religion. I never knew they taught in 1979 that Jesus is not the mediator for all men but only for the anointed christians. WT 11/15/79

    & 4/1/79

  • @frd889 - And that is STILL their teaching. Many newer Witnesses are unaware of this teaching because the Watchtower has left this subject alone for quite a while.

If Jesus isn't really the Mediator of the majority "great crowd" of JW's, they might as well be praying in the name of the anointed / Governing Body instead of in the name of Jesus.

  • Or maybe it wont be the end...

  • @RosalineeSandree - The Watchtower sure writes a lot about what they believe are the faults of all other religions which they call "Babylon the Great". The WT sure isn't perfect -- so applying your suggestion they should just stop writing about everyone else's faults and just leave it in God's hands. Since they can dish out such harsh criticism, they should be adult enough to take it.

  • @cooper79jeffr I second that! I remember how much they bashed everyone else, other religions, the government, the 'world'. Yet they are one of the most corrupt, deceptive, and greedy organizations there is. Sad. Most of the members are brainwashed and it isn't their fault, but that doesn't make their behavior not harmful and cruel. You sort of forget about life when you never think you won't be here to see tommorow.

  • Specialpioneirsmurf@ there has to be someone out there think about it we couldnt brought our own selves to the earth, and where does the bible come from then. And how about adam and eve. And everything that has happened in the world now its what the bible says. And how about Jesus? Etc give me an ideal explanation. Cus scientist are just human like us. They think they got it all figured out. Btw we cant see God, nobody has.

  • @Singerfromny Who said we brought ourselves to the earth? Bible came from men and their imaginations over many years, read "The Evolution of God". Adam and Eve is a story taken from older stories. Jesus, no proof of his existence certainly not of his miracles. Scientists never claim to have it "all figured out". They have working models and evidence that best explain "things", that's it. Religious MEN say they have it all figured out. Religion takes 'faith', belief without proof, very dangerous.

  • @Kylemm112 if there is no God as you so claim. How did we became to be, where did the animals come from ? The trees? The water? Insects? The earth itself?

  • @Singerfromny Science as explained this it's old news. What proof is there of a God?

  • Religion, modern mass media, and just about every man-made social construct that exists on the human farm, induces a mental and emotional mind prison for the robotic human herd, it`s genius just how the few, can control the many, in this world through fear... Awaken from your slumber people...

  • 2013 will be disaster, killings, war, blood shed on every corner, rape, stealing, people running from fire. Fire falling from the sky, buildings falling, cities destroyed,

  • @Journeyride - People who say that never come back a year later and admit they were wrong. See you in 2014.

  • @Journeyride And what happens when NONE of that happens? "whoops, i guess we made a mistake" stupid fucking jehova wtiness.. i can't wait till you die and you no longer exsist, because there is NOOOOOOO GOD.

  • YourTheDoctor There you go again nitpicking everyone again, when your religion gets nitpicked you get upset just like any other religious person out there. You have the 'truth' just like every other religion out there, when it's beyond obvious none of you have the 'truth'. What did Jesus say about rotten fruit? You've become a captive of a concept, a follower of men, you care nothing for the actual 'truth' and only care about man made doctrine. Exclusive Brethren have the truth also, so funny.

  • 1975 - is a perfect example of religious nonsense. But it sure sold a lot of books and magazines in the 1960's and 1970's for the Watchtower Society.

  • @cooper79jeffr i am so thankful that the WT retards attempted 1975 Armageddon, it helped me see how corrupt and ungodly they really were. I'm looking forward to their next Armageddon

    ;)

  • Many religions, not just JW's, claim THEY understand the Bible's message correctly. Such claims do not prove anything. Yes non-JW religions believe nonsense, but JW's have believed a LOT of nonsense over the years. All organized religions follow man, that's how it is.

Nobody has the whole truth. Religion is a racket. The Watchtower changes their doctrine frequently to suit their leaders' whims. No form of the word "organize" is found anywhere in the Bible.

  • When was the last time any religion outside of JW's witnesses even admit that they understand what the Bible Really Teaches. Catholics believe in Hell fire and the Trinity, Muslims believe it's OK to kill, Jews don't except Jesus, but all 3 bow down to IDOL's made by human hands. I won't even quotes scripture, you'll just twist them to suit your twisted thinking to back up what you think is right - Man's thoughts, not God's thoughts.

  • you exposed nothing, only yourself. You can't even say where you think the truth is in the world, I keep asking you who Jesus is using today as he did in the 1st century after his death. He organized a group of men (Yes! Organiized, as in Organization), who then became the faithul and discreet slave class and in Acts it shows they consulted their governing body on issues of blood, fornication and circumcision. No different today among JW's, The Truth Religion in this Wicked System of things.

  • TY yourthedoctor it was a pleasure exposing you and the WT. You really do make my job easy these days =)

I'm a "nitpicking apostate" HAHAHA yes, because the WT doesn't nitpick EVERYONE and every religion that not part of the WT, that was just hilarious. ;)

Thanks again YourTheDoctor and peace be with you =P

  • Deut 18:20-22

20 “‘the prophet who presumes to speak in my name a word that I have not commanded him to speak or who speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet must die. 21 And in case you should say in your heart: “How shall we know the word that Jehovah has not spoken?” 22 when the prophet speaks in the name of Jehovah and the word does not occur or come true, that is the word that Jehovah did not speak. With presumptuousness the prophet spoke it. You must not get frightened at him.’

  • @SpecialPioneerSmerf Ooooooh I think the WTS will need some ointment for that BURRRN XD

  • Your a nit picking apostate that was foretold by the Apostles. Your one of Satan's little apostates that thrust their faith away. You keep claiming where my faith is, I keep telling you my faith is in the God of the Bible - Jehovah, not man. He uses an organization similiar to that of the first century Governing Body of oldermen and Christ's anointed brother to this day, and yes it is through The Watchtower Society. Good Day Sir. Good bye and Farewell.

  • I'm not allowing a date to interfere with the hope of everlasting life, even if I die in this system. He will call and I will arise from death-like sleep. John 5:28,29. This calls for strong unwavering faith. I am proud to help others with this wonderful hope for all who listen. For we are commanded to Preach and Teach til Jehovah's says it over.

  • @YourTheDoctor - Well of course those who are still in the JW faith will tell you their faith wasn't shaken. But 1976-77 was a definite lull in the organization's history, and many were shaken that the end didn't come when the Watchtower strongly implied that it would. You're serving the very same organization now that back then deliberately raised hopes when it had no business doing so.

Your faith is between you and God. The faith shouldn't be in an organization or ITS promises.

  • @YourTheDoctor - By promises (in the adjacent post) I mean the promises made to my parents' generation and my generation that we were of the group that could live through the system's end right into paradise.

Now they're implying that the 1914 "generation" could last many more years because of this 'overlapping generation' doctrine / theory that appeared in the Watchtower last year. They keep coming up with new theories to stoke hope and change doctrines more often than any other religion.

  • @YourTheDoctor "strong unwavering faith", in men not the bible!

John 14:6 Jesus said "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Acts 5:29 We must obey God as ruler rather than men.

Matt 15:14 LET them be. Blind guides is what they are. If, then, a blind man guides a blind man, both will fall into a pit.

Acts 4:12 there is no salvation in anyone else, for there is not another name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must get saved.

  • And even if I was a JW's witness back then, I probably wouldn't of waivered my faith, Hard to say, I was only 15 and in the world back then. I didn't know JW's then. But I am grateful to Jehovah for not bringing forth the new system at that time and gave me the opportunity of being witnessed to years later. Which also proves Jesus words true at Mat 24:14. So my faith and knowledge of the scriptures help me reason with my mind. Not brainwashed thinking as you put it. I think everyday about this.
