I am in favor of people being able to carry a concealed hand gun, if they have obtained the gun legally and have a permit, but if you choose to carry a gun you better be damn sure you know your gun how it works and how to be safe. rule number one don't keep a bullet in the chamber especially if you have it just shoved in your pants.

So basically it's a ban on the second amendment for the avergage citizen isn't really allowed to own a gun in NYC.

Plax will be back in the NFL in 2 years, but he'll no longer be a #1 receiver, he'll be a 3-4 coming back in, with the potential to work his way back up to a 2 under the right circumstances... with his age and 2 years of not catching an NFL pass coming back into the league he won't be the dominant threat he once was but if he stays in shape he'll be a solid 2 for somebody, there are a lot of teams in the nfl that are desperate for a solid receiver (including my 49ers, 'F' Crabtree!)

Oh totally, the gunshot wounds I've seen have been, without a doubt, the second goriest injuries I've ever seen (car accidents often have people's intestines hanging out and such). Our gunshot victims are screaming bloody murder and spurting blood EVERYWHERE in the ambulance. Burress had to be in agonizing pain. AND now he's facing jail time? I'm a pack fan, but seriously, the gunshot wound was probably punishment enough. I say let him go on a probation like Vick, but with a massive fine.

What hapened was He was illegally caring a gun, The gun was not holstered, he made a very poor choice of gun to carry unholstered, he continued to fiddle with the gun in the club, and he commited a violent act by firing the gun. Plaxico had a FLorida CCL, since he has had the basic teaching/instruction on concealed weapon law he should be held to a higher standard because he should have known better.

Really if that wasn't expired I think it would have been a lot less. Some states post signs up, no concealed weapons.
