Learn Anatomy first then post a tutorial. Humans don't have 12 packs. Also the muscles on the forearm need to be shaped better. Seriously don't a tutorial on something you don't understand.

it looks fake if you draw out every single muscles. Our perception is based on the interaction of lights on our body, we perceive as a body whole instead of each individual muscles.
