You must have a serious lack of knowledge about this game because, as you can see, it only goes to the Five Kage Summit Arc. How can they include something that hasn't happened in the anime yet? You know they don't do that. This is not Storm 3. This is Storm Generations.

Based off of the release date of NS2 which came out in October of 2010, about 2 months after the release of the Invasion of Pain Arc released on anime. I'd say NS Generations has a strong possibility of including past the 5 Kage Summit. The anime as of a couple days ago is in the Confining the Jinchuriki Arc, which leads directly into the Shinobi World War Arc. There's a chance of it all being included, and frankly I hope it is=]

"The anime as of a couple days ago is in the Confining the Jinchuriki Arc" they aren't going to change the story mode on the drop of a hat like that. Do you mean change the story of the game? It would be a natural progression considering the Kage Summit ends in declaring war. The Confining Arc is more of a subplot of the Shinobi War
