I remember watching one of my very first popping videos on Youtube and it was the Kollaboration 2001 video and David was wearing that orang shirt, I was just like O__O the whole time!

I also then realised that the first guy in that video was the young Mike Song who would join Kaba Modern years later =P

It is 3 dancers...David Elsewhere, Bboy Crumbs, and Jay Walker, not just Elsewhere alone. They all had to wear a Gene mask and that combined with CGI gives the magic we see. George Sampson is talented no doubt, but he essentially copied of the choreo of the commercial and pitched it as his own to win the show.
