next best thing i do when there is no power such as in a parkinglot i carry a small 1200watt generator and a 50a battery charger to jump start my truck when the battery is under 8 volts. these days its hard to find someone to help you jump your car.

You need to clean your battery terminals man. Read up on it and take all safety precautions.
