That was pretty good, but it might be better if you look up as the bar come up, this will encourage you to arch your mid and upper back as you do the row.
Good effort, but it seems your only just managing to do a regular barbell row. The whole point of pendlay style is to let shoulders drop/round in the start, then STRONGLY contract & arch your upper back during the lift. It didnt look like you were managing to do this. Dropping th weight would help, also would prevent your shoulders coming lower than hips which seemed to be happening slightly.

make sure to keep heels glued to the floor. they're floating.
keep your hips slightly lower than your shoulders.
also seems as if you are using a bit too much weight.
remember, form is king, progression is queen.
