@enderthegodless Originallyt you were meant to be able, after beating him, to use Zelgius with Eclipse and Alondite and get a support with him too. They took him out but his game data is still there. As for Sephiran you must use BK in the First Part, Last Chapter. Then fight him in the swamp as Ike when he's helping Machia, and then have finished the game ONCE. Then you can get Layran in the Final Battle against Ashera. That should be all. So you can't unlock BK or Zelgius

@Hemlocke3 By doing that you can get Sephiran for the Final Ashera battle? All you have to do is fight bk in the swamp level. Do you have to beat him? If so, with who?

@JDoug30 I believe you just have to survive. He and Ike just have some conversation before the fight, then Ike gets stabbed, then you run for your life.

I'll guess it's up to the player how to interpret the Black Knight's feeling for Micaiah. 3. I couldn't believe how Zelgius (a well builded man) could ever fit in the blessed armorsuit of Altina (by the way, did you notice in an Artwork where Altina appears, her armor was white and not black?)

I'm pretty sure the Black Knight's armor was not Altinas. Like you said, she did not wear that armor. She only weilded the blessed Alondite and Ragnell.

The Black Knight just had his armor blessed. Remember, he blessed Ashnard's armor and sword Gurgurant in FE9, which means he had access to the Goddesses' blessing at anytime.

Fire Emblem Wikia confirms the BK gave Ashnard blessed armor and blessed Gurgurant. If Serenes Forest had the whole PoR game script up, I would search for it, but they unfortunately do not.

About how Tibarn/Naesala/Giffca are able to hurt Ashnard, I'm not entirely sure I know the answer. The only thing I can say is that Tibarn & Naesala are Laguz Royals, while Giffca has the strength of one, and as we know, Laguz Royalty are determined by exceptional physical strength

@77AsianPride77 How could the goddess ever been able to bless the BK and Ashnard armor in FE:PoR if she wasn't awake? Laguz Royalty have exceptional strength but aren't blessed...maybe Giffca have a minor blessing because he might be a decendant of Soan.

That I know is something thats is not exactly delved into. It's just implied that Sephiran provided the blessings for the weapons and armor. How is not exactly stated, but I suppose you assume he has access to these blessings somehow.

Yes. Some things are not explained, although I was under the impression that laguz just have superior strength to beorc, and therefore, able to do what beorc normally could not. Maybe I'll find the answer if I ever play again. Thanks.

@77AsianPride77 I read somewhere the armour wasn't blessed by Ashera but Yune, it was worn by a Chaos Knight. The blessed weapons and Armour are all from the war between Ashera's devotees and Yunes defenders. + The blessed blades were originally both Chaos made weapons, but blessed by both, hense their OP nature and ability to kill the two goddesses. I don't remember where I read it, possibly on the wiki or Serenes Forest.

Wow, I do not remember that at all. It sounds pausible though. I'd read through the whole radiant dawn text dumb on serenes if it was complete.

The only thing that strikes me odd is the blessing of Ashnards sword and armor. I distinctly remember that the BK got them blessed for Ashnard halfway through the story. Nonetheless, there are still many questions that I have about this game, so there's still a fair chance I'm wrong.

@shadow4921 it takes one swing of the BKs sword, and ppl are running scared. BK is an army by himself. he can slaughter anyone except ike, and if he does take damage, he has imbue/renewal(path of radiance), which heals himself.

then theres his luna/eclipse, which bypasses all defense and delivers instant death...well...instantly.

Well, only ike can fight the black knight in the third to last chapter. But Ike can damage him with any weapon, blessed or not. Blessed ragnell is usually the best choice, though, lol. But in that one chapter where the black knight, sothe and micaiah are all bundled up in that swamp, he CAN be killed. You just need like, Haar and Soren and Ike maxed out.
