@SweenyMikker depends on the situation. if your planning on joining 501st then there are standards for that sort of thing (check out Biker Scout.Net for the list) if not and your just doing it for fun, then its not as important. If your worried about overheating, some of the troops put fans and other gadgets inside their helmets.
