Worked fine the second time around, but required that I add an electro-slow (& upgrade once) above the flak tower built around the 2:06 mark of this video (leaving a one-square gap between the flak and the slow). Otherwise the giant plane made it barely through. Awesome job, though.
or, if you are feeling lazy and you can, use ifile to give your self just a ridiculous amount of money

by using a lot of plastron, it's not really hard to get rid of this level without flamethrower
