One thing though that can't be ignored is social issues, Americans have a very poor history of its citizens backing any war. China and Russia would have the peoples support, even if by force.

It seems that the list has some severe issue with solid standards; say that a 3rd world country goes about spamming cheap poor weponary doesn't mean that it's more powerful than a western hightech superpower (France). Then agian it doesn't count inn NK which has what is likely the worlds 3rd strongest military, due to the huge amout of millitary personnel. Sigh... none of these lists are any good :(
