Thanks for the music suggestion. I am using "legal" music for which I purchase the permission, so it is a challenge to find the right music for Italy. There are limited sources of legal music available. If anyone has copyright-free Italy music please let me know, thanks.
Nice clip :-) Just one little thing, I hope you don't mind me saying that the music used in most documentaries about Italy is that used in Southern Italy (here it surprised me while I was watching the clip (3:07). Italy has got 20 regions and the Italians who live in the middle (Tuscany and other regions) or in the north, have different traditions and music. Boccherini's music would be great for this clip for instance (he was from Tuscany).
I went in August 2010 - too hot (38 C) and too many tourists. Go in January!
The best way to see the place is by bicycle - a good place to rent from is "Florence by Bike", in Via San Zanobi. But make sure you lock it and remove all detachable stuff when you leave it. I had the trip computer stolen.
@huy405 Yeah honestly stop copying other people's comments...You know which I'm talking about the one in San Gimignano, Italy video.. This is real life not fucking Assassin's creed...
question. if you pause at 3:45 and wait a second for the guy on the left to move out of the way, what is that grayish looking tower? I do not remember it from when i was there.. its also not in assassin's creed so it must be newer :P
That's the tower of "Palazzo Vecchio" and unless you've been there before XIV sec. it was in Florence even when you visited it :) Maybe you don't recognize it cause it's sorrounded by refurbishment scaffolding. In AC2 it's the place where Ezio's father was imprisoned before they killed him.
@bullyfan4 you respect my country??you know florence only because a stupid shit of videogames....my country is like a museum at open, stop play videogames and make a travel to know the real history...and fuck off ezio

to "eduvc": the unique thing i hate is the sufficiency of one young man when he mentioned another like "stupid", "old", etc. This young man classified hisself with these words... in any case, i hope you can arrive to 46.
That dont change things; if you are american, lets us - europeans - enjoy our differences
